The house has recently been completely renovated and is therefore fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a sauna and a billiard room.
Two garages and two parking spaces free of charge.
Take a walk to Monschau via one of the many beautiful hiking trails that lead you to the old town.
Walk your way to the top, you are a fifteen-minute walk to the village of Imgenbroich, with many shopping possibilities.
By car, you are thus at a few supermarkets in a few minutes.
Enjoy the fireplace with a glass of wine after one of the many walks. Or sweat just as deliciously in the sauna.
And in the summer delicious BBQ is on the large sun terrace, with in the background the sound of the river that runs behind the house.

good holiday
A beautiful cottage with cosy atmosphere cosy to sit in the evening. A large garden where the children can play and cosy to sit with the family. A beautiful natural area for walking and you are close to a village.
