For rent renovated flat (4 persons + baby). Nicely decorated. In quiet holiday home in the middle of Hallenberg. Beautiful view. Baker, supermarkets, restaurants etc. within walking distance. Ski resorts of Winterberg, Zuschen, Neuastenberg and Altastenberg 12-17km.
Nice flat on the ground floor of a holiday home with private entrance, garden and terrace. In the middle of the authentic town of Hallenberg with its numerous half-timbered houses. The house has two bedrooms, a new bathroom, new kitchen and living room with complete furnishings. From the living room and garden you have a beautiful view over the hills and the village. There is a sunny terrace and a garden with lawn. All private. Various seating areas in the shade and sun. Of course, the house has free wireless internet (Wifi).
All amenities, such as the baker (on Saturdays only 30 m away in the medieval bakery), supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. For children, there is a large playground with a large playing field in the immediate vicinity.
On the outskirts is an indoor swimming pool and a natural pool. Enjoy the outdoors (e-bike cycling and hiking), culture and contemporary hospitality. Excursions such as Fort Fun, Winterberg and Frankenberg are just a 15-minute drive away. There are many more activities in town.
You can also rent the other flat in the house. The big house consists only of these two holiday homes. 63822 holiday home Hallenberg. There is then enough room for 17 people.

We are happy to rent out our holiday apartment for a short week, weekend, or week. The holiday apartment is located in the center of the beautiful town of Hallenberg in the Sauerland. The view over Hallenberg and the mountains is magnificent, both in summer and winter.
You rent directly from the owner. Rental price per night from 60-80 euros. The additional costs only include the final cleaning at 40 euros. Electricity, gas, and water costs are included in the price with normal use.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a government-mandated lockdown in Sauerland, you will receive a full refund due to the impossibility of accommodation. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks (56 days) before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total amount will be charged. From 8 weeks to 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total amount will be charged. Up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total amount will be charged. If the tenant does not show up at the start of the rental period without notifying, the full rental price will be charged.

Holiday in the Sauerland
The cottage is newly furnished and very tidy. In the surroundings, you can go for beautiful walks and enjoy the view. An ideal place for skiing or sledding.

holiday in Hallenberg
Just back from a few wonderful days in Hallenberg, enjoyed the beautiful apartment with all conveniences dishwasher, oven and it is located right in the center of Hallenberg with a beautiful view. We skied wonderfully in Zuschen, you are on the slopes there within 10 minutes by car. We will definitely come back again!
