The cosy holiday home is located directly at the bathing lake with a white sandy beach and spacious sunbathing lawn. From here you have a wonderful view of the lake. There are only a few holiday homes in this privileged location. The brick semi-detached house offers friendly living spaces, is well-equipped in a modern way and offers space for 4 people. In addition, a children's travel bed is available. Living area with SAT-system and internet-TV, flat screen in HD-quality as well as DVD-player, stereo system (radio, CD/DVD, USB, MP3, cardreader, connection for i-phone). Modern bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Dishwasher, microwave with hot-air oven and grill, induction hob for comfortable cooking, good kitchen equipment and tumble dryer are a matter of course. All rooms have terracotta floors with underfloor heating. In the 2nd bedroom there is an additional TV with DVD player (currently only DVB-T). Smoke detector in the ground floor and attic.
A wood-burning stove with glass pane, as well as the underfloor heating, the enclosed garden with atmospheric lighting in the evenings, ensure a cosy atmosphere all year round.
The large garden has a beach chair from which you can look directly to the lake. The terrace is equipped with modern garden furniture, an awning and a large parasol. (Info on separate page under ).
If you want to experience low tide or visit the islands, it is only a stone's throw to the coast by car. This holiday home is the ideal starting point for various excursions, e.g.: North Sea and islands, Fehen area, Meyer shipyard Papenburg, Emden with famous art gallery, shopping tour to Holland, wellness, spa area and adventure pool Ocean Wave (Norden, Dörperweg 22, ) or Friesentherme (Emden, Theaterstraße 2, ), North Sea spa Esens, high moor lake "Ewiges Meer" very close by. The cosy, pedestrianised town centre of Aurich, with its many shops, cafés, tea rooms and restaurants, invites you to stroll and shop and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The weekly market with fresh produce takes place three times a week on the market square.
But also here directly at the lake you have many possibilities such as cycling, walking or jogging around the lake (approx. 3 - 4 km), playground equipment for the little ones, beach volleyball, table tennis, water skiing and wakeboarding on the lake, etc. Relaxation and tranquillity can be found on the white sandy beach, where there are many activities especially for children and young people. The path to the lake is only a few metres. The holiday home settlement has its own access to the lake area, and admission is free.
You have a direct view of the lake and the recreational area from the garden as well as from the beach chair. Once a year, there is the 'Lake in Flames' event here in summer, a great experience.
In the garden house there is a sauna with a cosy relaxation room for exclusive use, also here there is a TV (DVB-T), a vibration plate with appropriate instructions (similar to Power Plate), for fitness of the whole body with little time expenditure. For back relaxation there is a Shiatsu massage seat, for the feet a foot massager, both from Beurer.
If you like horseback riding, you are in good hands at the equestrian farm in the immediate vicinity. The Tannenhausen Fitness and Sports Park is just a few minutes' walk away. The Seeterrassen restaurant and the kiosk by the lake are also within easy reach.
At Christmas time, a large fir tree with atmospheric lighting has always been anchored in the middle of the lake in recent years. This tree can be seen from all rooms through the windows facing the lake. Of course, the holiday home is decorated for Christmas during the contemplative Advent season.
Our rental price is based on the costs of running the house. There are no seasonal surcharges. Families with children are in particularly good hands here. A high chair (Stokke Tripp Trapp), changing mat, bottle warmer, buggy, paddling pool and sand toys are available for small children.
The furnishing of the property is based on the requirements of a 4-star house.

In the immediate vicinity are a riding stables and a fitness sports facility. Wellness, spa area in Ocean-Wave (Norden, Dörperweg 22,) or Friesentherme Emden can be reached quickly by car.

The cosy, pedestrianised town centre of Aurich, with its many shops, cafés, tea rooms and restaurants, invites you to stroll and shop and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The weekly market with fresh produce is held three times a week on the market square. Aurich has many attractions and sights that the guest should definitely see, the 'Lambertikirche', the 'Knodtsche Haus' in baroque style, the 'Sous-Turm', the 'Auricher Schlossbezirk', the 'Stiftsmühle' gallery gallery, the 'Mausoleum', the 'Historisches Museum', the 'Großsteingrab Tannenhausen', the art gallery 'Teehäuschen', the town's landmark - the 'Pingehus'. From Aurich harbour there are interesting boat trips on the canals with the MS Stadt Aurich.
The North Sea coast is only about 20 km away and the ferries to the islands are within easy reach.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
If the contractual services are not used by the tenant, the agreed price minus the saved expenses is to be paid. A cancellation fee of €40 is charged. For cancellations less than 90 days before the start of the rental period, we charge 40% of the total amount; for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the rental, 80% of the total amount is charged. For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the rental, the full rental price is due. If re-renting is possible, the paid rental price will be refunded accordingly. Should the booked stay be prohibited by the state government, any payments made will be refunded.
