Our holiday homes are easy to reach from the A38 between Nordhausen and Göttingen. The state capital Hannover is only about 1 hour's drive away.
It is surrounded by beech and spruce forests at the foot of the
Ravensberg in one of the most beautiful valleys of the southern Harz. On many hiking trails you can easily reach the Wiesenbeker pond, the Ravensberg, the Stöberhai, the Oder dam or Bad Sachsa from here.
Bad Sachsa in the sunny southern Harz is located in the triangle of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia.
Shopping facilities are nearby. Leisure facilities such as the adventure pool, ice skating rink, tennis hall, bowling and sports centre, children's indoor park, fairy tale park, ski centre as well as hiking and cycling trails are all nearby. The Harz Mountains are one of the most popular holiday destinations in Germany. The reasons for this are the breathtaking landscape, the location right in the middle of Germany and the history of the region. One of the most popular places in the Harz is Bad Sachsa. The town is located around 50 kilometres from Göttingen in the district of Göttingen.
