Description
Our just newly roofed reed house is approx. 95 m² and there is plenty of room for 4 people to spend a lovely holiday with us. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with fireplace and dining table, a living room with large sofa bed, DVBT TV and access to the garden, a room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the attic of the holiday home there is a living area with a cosy sofa corner and DVBT-TV. Furthermore, in the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

In our garden, you and your children have plenty of space to play football and romp around. Or you can relax with a cosy barbecue after a great day at the beach or an eventful excursion into the countryside of the charming Baltic Sea coast and Holstein Switzerland.
As one of the most beautiful and sunniest regions in Germany, the Hohwachter Bucht offers you numerous possibilities for organising your holiday. This makes the autumn & winter months by no means less attractive than the main holiday season in summer. Schwartbuck is a small village in the district of Plön/ Schleswig-Holstein with just under 900 inhabitants and is located between Schönberg in the Probstei and Lütjenburg. The Baltic Sea is only about 3 km away. From Schwartbuck, you can explore the beautiful landscape in all directions by bicycle.
Sporty holidaymakers will not miss out in our holiday region. Numerous fitness activities are possible around Schwartbuck. While swimming, diving, sailing, rowing, beach volleyball, cycling, riding, tennis and miniature golf are more summer pastimes, several golf courses in the immediate vicinity are available all year round. Other activities such as fishing, dancing and hunting are also possible outside the high season. But of course there are also plenty of leisure activities for our younger guests.

Panker Castle is only about 6 km away. The "Hessenstein" lookout tower, which belongs to Panker, stands on the 128 m high Pilsberg and is a popular destination. Once you have climbed the 111 steps, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view from Kiel to Denmark!
The towns of Lütjenburg and Schönberg are also only a few minutes away by car. There you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, drugstores, restaurants and everything you need in a small town! There is a weekly market every Wed. and Sat. in Lütjenburg and Thurs. in Schönberg.

Great thatched roof house feeling
The house is very well equipped. Everything was there and functional as described. It was very clean and made a great impression. The location is quiet, slightly set back from the sea. Everything could also be easily done with a bicycle. Shopping possibilities in the neighboring village.
Good contact and it was also asked which beds should be made in advance.
We were super satisfied and can recommend the house either for those seeking tranquility or for families with children.

Beautiful!
A very idyllic, stylish, cosy and relaxing place with very good facilities, also for children. The garden invites you to relax. It is not far to the Baltic Sea.

No house like any other.
We were able to experience a truly magical house for 3 days. We, that were four adults and two dogs. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended!
