Description
The holiday home "Am Teich" really deserves its name, you could feed ducks directly from the terrace and birds, fish and frogs cavort there and turn your holiday into a small nature experience.
The holiday home is 65 square metres in size and has a large living room with many windows so that you can relax at any time of the year and look out over the pond. There is a 2-line kitchenette in the living room which is equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, dishes and everything you need. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 m double bed, 2 wardrobes, chair, mirror, scales and reading lamps. In the tasteful bathroom there is a bathtub with shower device, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating.
On the covered south-facing terrace there is a table with chairs so that you can spend a lot of time outdoors, beach chair as well as garden loungers tempt you to relax by the pond.
Your car is parked on our property and bicycles have a place in the shed.

The holiday home "Am Teich" is located on our approx. sqm large property of which approx. 3 ponds are occupied. The holiday home is located at the largest of the 3 ponds on the far right of our property. It is a really dreamlike spot
Lake Selent is only 3 km away and the Baltic Sea is only 7 km away. By bike (e-bike) you can have a fantastic time in Holstein Switzerland!

Cancellation terms:
Depending on the date of receipt of a cancellation notice, the following charges will be calculated (as a percentage of the rental price): - Up to the 45th day before rental commencement - 15% of the rental price - Up to the 31st day before rental commencement - 25% of the rental price - Up to the 21st day before rental commencement - 50% of the rental price - Up to the 11th day before rental commencement - 80% of the rental price - Thereafter - 90% of the rental price. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Tröndel lies below the second highest mountain in Schleswig-Holstein. The Pilsberg is 128 metres high and on it is the "Hessenstein" lookout tower, which is open all year round and offers a fantastic panoramic view of Holstein Switzerland. There is also the top restaurant "Forsthaus Hessenstein" and on Gut Panker (2 km), which also invites you to stroll and shop, there is the restaurant Ole Liese (1 star for 1797) and in Lütjenburg (6 km) there is a very excellent Italian Ristorante "Sandro". Lütjenburg has 4800 inhabitants and you can get everything you need there: supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, petrol stations, banks, ice cream parlours, bakeries, galleries, bicycle rental and much more.

Ruhige und großzügige Wohnung
Bright and comfortable apartment. Landlord very friendly and helpful. One can quickly cycle to the Baltic Sea coast with a bike. Beautiful excursion destinations nearby, for example, Lütjenburg. "Holiday house" may be somewhat misleading because it is more like a separate apartment adjacent to the landlord's house. We really enjoyed our 2-week vacation.

Relax and unwind.
A beautiful holiday home with great amenities in a superb location. The landlords were extremely nice and helpful. You immediately feel relaxed and are even greeted with a small champagne. We are people who need darkness in the bedroom when sleeping, so darker curtains would be the icing on the cake. But this did not detract from our enjoyment of the holiday.
