Vila (Javea - COSTA-NOVA district) with stunning sea views, this villa has 2 separate living units. The two apartments are identical in size and each have 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 1 living room with open fireplace, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large terrace. Through the stairs from the ground floor terrace you reach the spacious pool area (10 m x 5 m). There is also a closed carport and a sunny roof terrace. The house is equipped with dishwasher, 2 washing machines, fans, microwave, satellite TV, barbecue and sun loungers very well. Each of the two apartments is suitable for up to 5 persons. Smaller supermarkets and several restaurants are within a few minutes by car.

The holiday home is located in a quiet villa area (Costa-Nova) of Javea near the sea. Javea is located directly on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. Javea offers everything you could wish for a beautiful, relaxing and varied holiday. Many small bays with crystal clear water invite you to swim and dive. The town has a charming, historic old town with sights, many small alleys and quaint restaurants, a romantic harbour and a sandy beach with a beautiful promenade. There are many excursions to be made from Javea, such as to romantic bays, amusement and water parks in Benidorm, boat trips to surrounding towns, hikes in the hinterland. Javea and its surroundings are characterised by a green landscape and a constant Mediterranean climate. In summer, many small beach bars, so-called "chiringuitos", invite you to relax, eat and celebrate. From Denia, only 5 km away, you can also take a boat trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.
