Only the fully furnished ground floor apartment is available for rent. The upper floor remains locked and unoccupied during the rental period.
The ground floor holiday apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living and dining room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, and a spacious terrace. From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful view and, depending on your position, also a partial sea view.
Via the stairs from the terrace you reach the spacious private pool area (10 m x 5 m) with sun terraces, loungers, and outdoor shower. A built-in BBQ grill as well as a covered, enclosed carport are also part of the amenities.
The holiday home is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fans, microwave, SAT-TV, BBQ grill, sun loungers, and free Wi-Fi.

The holiday home is located in a quiet villa area (Costa-Nova) of Javea near the sea. Javea is located directly on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. Javea offers everything you could wish for a beautiful, relaxing and varied holiday. Many small bays with crystal clear water invite you to swim and dive. The town has a charming, historic old town with sights, many small alleys and quaint restaurants, a romantic harbour and a sandy beach with a beautiful promenade. There are many excursions to be made from Javea, such as to romantic bays, amusement and water parks in Benidorm, boat trips to surrounding towns, hikes in the hinterland. Javea and its surroundings are characterised by a green landscape and a constant Mediterranean climate. In summer, many small beach bars, so-called "chiringuitos", invite you to relax, eat and celebrate. From Denia, only 5 km away, you can also take a boat trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.

Here is the translation to English: The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period; the deposit paid will be forfeited if we are unable to rent out the property to someone else for the same period and at the catalog price. From this point on, withdrawal is only possible for an important reason, and in the event of withdrawal, the agreed rental price, including fees, becomes due. If we are able to rent out the property to someone else under the same conditions and for the same period, only 10% of the rental price plus processing fees will be charged. In the case of withdrawal for an important reason, the justification requires our approval, and in such cases we will refund a maximum of 70% of the rental price. From 14 days before the start of the rental period, as well as in the case of no-show, 100% of the rental price applies, provided we are unable to find a replacement tenant. The entitlement to commission remains unaffected by this.
