Description
The well-kept and comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a living area of approx. 90 sqm offers space for up to 6 adults and a small child. Pets are allowed by arrangement and your owners are welcome to bring them along.
The semi-detached house was renovated in 2021 and awarded F 3*** stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Wi-Fi and telephone to the German landline network are of course available free of charge.
A cosy and lovingly furnished living/dining area awaits you on the ground floor. From here you have direct access to the terrace with retractable awning and seating furniture, as well as a small garden with an unobstructed view to the south. SAT-TV and a small stereo system (radio, CD) are available for you
The separate kitchen was completely renovated in 2018 and invites you to cook and conjure up many delicacies. A dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment are available as well as a coffee machine (classic and pad machine), a kettle and toaster. Of course, there is enough crockery and cooking utensils at your disposal.
There is also a small storage room under the stairs with useful utensils such as an ironing board, iron and hoover.
Directly next to the entrance is the guest toilet.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (box spring) , and one bedroom with two single beds (box spring). On this floor you will also find the bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is worth mentioning that all bedrooms have roller shutters and can be completely darkened if desired.
For the safety of our smallest guests, the stairs can be equipped with the existing child safety devices (Kiddyguard ©) if required. In addition, a high chair and a small selection of toys (LEGO Duplo, BRIO train, picture books, etc.) are available. A travel cot for children is of course provided free of charge if required.
In the beautifully converted attic studio there are two further single beds (box spring). Here, too, there is of course a blackout option.
Two parking spaces are located directly at the house, as well as a lockable shed accessible from the outside for bicycles, prams or other things. A handcart, a barbecue and a sledge belong to the house and can be used free of charge.
Our "four-legged guests" may feel comfortable and safe on the fully fenced property
In addition, a seasonal beach chair is available at the "dog beach" Harlesiel from 30 March 2021 to 30 September 2021 without further charge
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price.
Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is not permitted in the house. We ask for your understanding.

In our cosy and lovingly furnished holiday home, you can stay in an attractive setting at any time of the year. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but still only about 800 m from the beach, 600 m from the spa centre "Cliner Quelle". Fresh bread rolls & co. are already waiting for you about 700 m away. You can reach the shore promenade after a short walk. The North Sea resort of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel is special among all the North Sea resorts on the East Frisian coast. No other North Sea resort has three harbours in a row
The North Sea resort offers ideal opportunities for a varied and individual holiday. The hiking and cycling trails open up one of the most charming stretches of coast and countryside in East Frisia. You can visit the islands of Wangerooge and Spiekerooge, which are within reach across the Wadden Sea.
The inland harbours and the all-connecting river, the Harle, offer ideal water sports and fishing opportunities.
The central meeting place for adults and children is the spa centre located on the Harle. Here you will find a modern spa facility with a brine bath, children's pool, solarium, sauna and other wellness facilities. Attached are a restaurant, lecture and reading rooms and the children's playhouse "Carolinchen-Club" with supervision.
On the fine sandy beach of Harlesiel there are beach chairs, a large children's playground and the heated seawater swimming pool.
Despite maintaining its East Frisian flair, the village has been able to adapt its infrastructure to the needs of its guests in the past (shopping centres, restaurants, medical care, bicycle rental, museums, credit institutions and much more).

In the high season we rent out our holiday home only from Saturday to Saturday. Differing arrivals and departures are to be agreed separately.
On the day of departure, the house must be left in a swept clean condition by 10:00 am. On the day of arrival, the house is available from 15:00.

A very beautiful house that offers everything from nice furnishings, everything you need in the household, and beautiful decor.
The house was very clean and you felt comfortable right away. The view from the living room was very nice. The owners also made sure that our dogs were entertained every day. Every day, rabbits and pheasants ran along the garden fence, so the dogs had a lot of fun. Through a small incident, we also had the luck to meet the owner, who is very nice, friendly, and helpful. You really can't imagine a better landlord.
The surroundings are also very beautiful, and the other small towns as well. The beach is really great for dogs 🐶 and people.
We will definitely not be there for the last time.

Autumn vacation
A very well-equipped holiday home. We missed nothing. Storage space is also available. Even a roof box fits in the storage room. The children had their "own" room and were happy with it. The terrace area with an unobstructed view of the field is also very inviting. We would definitely book this accommodation again. The contact with the Schütz family was also very nice. Would love to do it again.

Perfect vacation
We regularly stay at the holiday home on Bootsweg and are always thrilled anew. The house is incredibly beautifully furnished, everything you need is available, and the view of the open fields is magnificent. Additionally, you are a 5-minute walk from the beach.
The contact with the landlords is always very warm. Mr. and Mrs. Schütz are incredibly friendly and also very dog-friendly. Our three dogs were never a problem. On the contrary, they were always warmly welcomed :-)
Once again, a perfect vacation for our family.

Great hosts, great holiday home
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. Everything you need is available and it is very clean. The landlords are exceptionally nice and accommodating. We would love to come back!
