The cosy Harlestern holiday home in Harlesiel on the North Sea, which was renovated in spring 2020, has a living area of 75 sqm, a sun terrace and a large secluded garden and extends over two living levels.
It is in an excellent location with a distance to the beach and dyke of approx. 500 metres. The Harle and the inland marina are about 150 metres away, and the nearest playground and football pitch are also only a few minutes away. The nearest restaurants are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are 2 brilliant fish restaurants, which also offer a snack.
On the ground floor of the house, you are welcomed by a bright living-dining area with an adjoining south-facing terrace and a garden of approx. 220 sqm, which can be used as an additional room in fine weather. A separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and much more, as well as a shower room with WC.
On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms equipped with good mattresses and slatted frames, so that you can find a restful sleep after a nice day. One with a double bed (180 x 200) and a baby bed that can be folded down, as well as a twin bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 200 and 90 x 190). Furthermore, a bathroom with bathtub, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.
All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters or blinds - this gives you the desired darkening for a restful sleep with sea breeze.
The terrace with south-facing garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue and invites you to linger. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you have the peace and quiet you are looking for.
In the garden you will find a raised bed with herbs: peppermint, lemon balm, sage, rosemary, thyme and oregano. You are welcome to use them to prepare delicious meals or drinks.
In our lockable garden house you will find a handcart for your use - you can also safely store your bicycles there.
Free Wi-Fi is a matter of course for us!
For family holidays with children, a foldable cot, children's toilet seat, step stool for children, high chair and a washing machine are available.
In front of the house, two cars can park and turn around comfortably on 2 private parking spaces.
The Harlestern holiday home is ideal for a wonderful North Sea holiday for families of up to four people and a baby, but also for a romantic holiday for two!
Holiday home Harlestern is an allergy-friendly semi-detached house (non-smokers, no pets).
If you want to eat fresh bread in the morning, go shopping in the supermarket or have a delicious meal - you will find everything within walking distance.
The Harlestern holiday home is an ideal starting point for a wide range of leisure activities, from swimming, sailing, sunbathing, building beach castles and rowing to hiking in the extensive mudflats, horseback riding, cycling or a sightseeing flight over the scenic surroundings. At the same time, it is close to restaurants, the Cliner Quelle (bathing and sauna area) and a stroll into town.
Note: You can book bed linen/towels from our house service on arrival for a fee.
Please note: The town of Wittmund charges visitor's tax for Harlesiel all year round.
