The holiday home (80 sqm) is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is ideal for 4 people and 1 small child. A private terrace, a garden, and a parking space for the car are available. A shed as a "parking space" for bicycles is also provided.
The daily rent (108 to 123 euros depending on the season) includes Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and water.
The obligatory tourist tax for the municipality (per person 1.50 or 3.00 per overnight stay, children half, off-season free) are charged additionally. In return, there are numerous discounts. Beach, mudflats, the marina, the ferry port to Wangerooge, indoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. The furnishings: Garden furniture, car parking space, storage room for bicycles, handcart, washing machine, exterior shutters on the ground floor, safe, ground floor with tiles, upper floor with high-quality carpet, walls with original paintings by the owner; 2 bedrooms with four beds and travel cot for 1 small child, sun umbrella;

Location and surroundings of object
The mid-terrace house is in an absolutely quiet location. Children will find ideal opportunities to play in the garden and in front of the house, as there is almost no traffic. Everything can be done on foot or by bike. And for the short way to the beach, a handcart is available.

Quiet and relaxing
Out of season, this place is as quiet as you want it to be. Clear air, great starry skies and a fierce wind now and then. It is nice and warm in the house and it is very tastefully decorated (with your own pictures)!

Autumn is beautiful here too
If you want to experience the North Sea away from the summer hustle and bustle - this lovingly furnished house is also the place to be in autumn and winter.

Very nice, well-maintained holiday home - but rather not for small children
The holiday home keeps what the description text promises - it is quiet, you can smell the sea and the house makes a very well-kept impression. The house is a little miracle of space - the owners and the planners have put a lot of (and very good) thought into this. We actually felt very comfortable in this holiday home, if it hadn't been for our very lively almost two-year-old. He made us sweat every now and then. Based on our experience, we can recommend the house without reservation for families with children of kindergarten age and older.

Pure holiday!
The house by the sea at Bootsweg 34 is in a preferred quiet location, the perfect equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A well-kept, cosy house awaits the visitor, in which one immediately feels at home. The original works of art and a small holiday library are cultural highlights. An outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. The island lover can make beautiful day trips to Wangerooge and to Spiekeroog. The harbour is within easy walking distance.

Well equipped holiday home with enough space for the whole family
The house is equipped with everything you need on holiday. It is quite tastefully furnished and the owner offers his guests a lot of space and comfort with this holiday home. Unfortunately, there was a lack of cleanliness in some places, especially in the bathroom. It would certainly make sense for the owner to talk to the local service, because the hygiene of the toilets left a lot to be desired. If better attention is paid to this in the future, this house with its location and its facilities is highly recommended, especially for a family with children!

Great holiday!!!!!
The cottage is super for a family holiday. Location is top, the beach, the indoor swimming pool (Cliner Quelle) as well as children's playgrounds can be reached in a few minutes. The house itself offers enough space, even for a children's travel bed in the large master bedroom. The small garden invites you to barbecue and enjoy a coffee.

Very good holiday home with good comfort
We spent a pleasant week in the beautiful holiday home with our grandchildren. The equipment of the holiday home had everything we needed for the holiday. The walk to the beach over the dyke was a good 10 minutes. With the children (5, 13 and 16) we were able to marvel at and visit a lot in the immediate vicinity.

Comfortable!
Best conditions for a relaxing stay: quiet, well equipped, close to the beach and the centre of the village. Only the storage of 4 bicycles in the shed requires some skill.

Beautiful holiday home in a good location
We had a pleasant stay in the house in Harlesiel in the best weather at the beginning of May (4 days of sun). The house is modernly furnished and offers enough space for all guests. Even a handcart is available, so that beach utensils could easily be transported to the beach. The proximity to the beach as well as to the Harle and the restaurants located there makes a car practically superfluous.

Great accommodation
The accommodation is super equipped, everything you need for daily necessities.
In addition, it has a great location; you can quickly reach the beach or the village by bike or on foot, where you can buy everything you need for everyday life.

Rent a holiday home
The house is highly recommended. Very quiet location. The garden is manageable but the terrace is completely adequate. As I said, we liked everything very much.

Restful Vacation
We felt very comfortable. The location is wonderful for a relaxing holiday. Nevertheless, everything is within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room is slightly old but still acceptable. We will definitely come back again.

We bought the house in 2013 and started renting it out some time after that. Since we also spend a few days in "our dream house" from time to time within our means, we keep it in the best possible condition and ensure a cosy atmosphere. This is confirmed by our guests. On site, a service company takes care of all the day-to-day things: from handing over the keys to renting bed linen, towels and bicycles, if desired.
