Welcome to Gästehaus Schrunsblick – a lovingly preserved, over 350-year-old mountain farmhouse above Schruns in Montafon.
Those seeking peace, nature, and time together will find the right place here. The house is always rented to only one family or travel group at a time. This way, you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed and without other guests.
The historic house has been carefully renovated and combines the charm of times past with the comfort of today. Spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and several bedrooms offer plenty of space for families, friends, and multi-generational vacations.
Numerous hiking trails begin right outside the front door. In summer, mountains, alpine pastures, and clear mountain air invite you to enjoy active vacation days. In autumn, the Montafon reveals its particularly tranquil side. The colorful forests, clear views, and the often sunny location above the valley make this season an insider tip for many guests. In winter, you can reach the well-known ski areas of Montafon in a short time.
Dogs are also warmly welcome. Many guests appreciate the surroundings for extended walks and hikes with their four-legged companion.

The Gästehaus Schrunsblick has been personally managed by us for many years. We ourselves live locally in the region and are happy to provide our guests with tips on hikes, excursion destinations, places to eat, and activities in Montafon.
Our house is especially suitable for families, groups of friends, multi-generational holidays, and guests who appreciate peace, nature, and time together. Many of our guests have been visiting us regularly for years and consciously spend their holidays away from hustle and mass tourism.
Dogs are very welcome here. The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for walks and hikes in nature.
As a pleasant coexistence and the relaxation of all guests are important to us, the guesthouse is not suitable for parties, bachelor parties, or loud events.
Arrival by car is easily possible. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.
The guesthouse is especially popular with guests who want to experience the original Montafon. Instead of entertainment and hotel operations, you will find peace, mountain air, nature, and a house with history and character here.
We are happy when our guests feel at home with us and discover Montafon at their own pace.
Note for autumn guests: Many regular guests especially appreciate the months from September to November. The clear mountain air, the colorful forests, and the calmer atmosphere make this season especially attractive for hikers, nature lovers, and dog owners.

Schrunsblick
We felt very comfortable with Natascha and Jürgen. They were super kind and nice hosts. We would love to come back.
The breakfast was a delight every day and very varied.

Super Family Short Vacation
We were eleven (6 adults, 5 children) for 3 nights in the wonderful Schrunsblick. The accommodation was great with many varied games and adventures. Nothing was missing, and the hosts helped in every area. The breakfast was very tasty and always had a little surprise. We came as guests and left as friends. Thank you!!!

Super hospitality
Our stay was super all around. Natascha and Jürgen are like two little invisible elves who are super attentive and helpful. Totally nice hosts! If we had any questions or needed help, they were there immediately.
Mini drawback: the fridge is very small for 10 people if you are travelling completely self-catering. We always find it great to have a list of the most important kitchen items and accessories. This way you know exactly what you need to bring, depending on what you want to prepare. A small spare fridge would still be available in the party room, as long as it is not filled with drinks :)
If it wasn't already booked for New Year's Eve, we would have booked again straight away!

Hello and welcome! We are Jürgen and Natascha and together with our 2 dogs we live in this former mountain farm. We fell in love with the unique location of this 350 year old property in 2003 and decided to buy and maintain it We ourselves occupy the lowest floor of the house. The two upper floors are guest area. Our guests have of course a separate entrance and can spend their vacation with us completely undisturbed. Our house is constantly being renovated and adapted piece by piece to the modern demands of our time Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system which is supported by 14m² solar collectors. The entire water consumption is supplied by the house's own spring The oldest parts of our house are over 300 years old. to preserve "old values" and meet modern demands is our goal.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Genuss und sehr abwechslungsreich.
Wir können das Haus Schrunsblick, guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Mini Manko: für 10 Personen ist der Kühlschrank sehr klein, wenn man komplett als Selbstversorger anreist. Eine Liste mit den wichtigsten Küchenartikeln & Zubehör finden wir generell immer super. So weiß man, was man genau mitbringen muss, je nachdem was man sich zubereiten möchte. Kleiner Ausweichkühlschrank wäre im Partyraum noch vorhanden, sofern dieser nicht mit Getränken gefüllt ist :)
Wäre Silvester nicht schon belegt, hätten wir direkt wieder gebucht!
Natascha und Jürgen haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Da ist zunächst das Frühstück zu erwähnen. Es gab jeden Morgen zum Frühstück drei verschiedene und sehr leckere Brotsorten und dazu ein süßes Gebäckstück – alles selbstgebacken. Auch kleine Sonderwünsche wurden uns erfüllt. Des Weiteren bekamen unsere beiden Verletzen gute Tipps für die notwendigen Arztbesuche. An den nächsten Tagen richtete Jürgen dann jeweils auch die Sonnenliegen für beide her.
Jürgen übernahm außerdem mit seinem Jeep den täglichen Shuttleservice zur Skipiste und – weil die Schneeverhältnisse die Abfahrt bis zu Haus nicht hergaben – auch die nachmittägliche Abholung. Länger als 5 Minuten dauert eine Fahrt von der/zur Piste nicht. Das ist schon sehr komfortabel. Ich konnte mein Auto deshalb die ganze Woche in der Garage stehen lassen.
Da Jürgen auch Snowboardlehrer und Bergführer ist, machten wir mit ihm als Guide die Silvretta-Snowsafari. Das war ein schönes Erlebnis, weil wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten und mit ihm innerhalb kürzester Zeit die besten Pisten im Skigebiet Galtür abgefahren sind. Überhaupt ist Jürgen immer für einen Schwatz zu haben und man erfährt dadurch Vieles über Land und Leute im Montafon.
Insgesamt hat es uns und unserem Hund im Schrunsblick sehr gut gefallen. Wenn es uns mal wieder ins Montafon verschlägt, hoffen wir, wieder bei Natascha und Jürgen unterkommen zu dürfen.
Auch wenn der Deutsche dazu neigt, es gibt nix zu meckern! Wer hier seinen Urlaub nicht so gestalten kann, dass er erholt und glücklich nach Hause fährt, hat selbst was falsch gemacht ;-)
Und die Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants von Natascha und Jürgen sind unbedingt empfehlenswert! Ebenso die Air Montafon
Es war einfach ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen unbedingt wieder (wenn wir dürfen ;-))!

Natascha und Jürgen sind tolle Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit, wenn man einen Tip braucht oder ein Problem hat. Das Frühstück, das selbst gebackene Brot, ein Gedicht. Ihre beiden Hunde sind lieb und ruhig. Sie haben ihr eigenes Areal und treffen nicht auf Gäste, wenn dies nicht erwünscht ist. Wenn man als Gast selbst Hunde mitbringt, so haben diese rund ums Haus ihr eigenes, großes eingezäuntes Gebiet, in dem sie frei laufen können.
Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Urlaub im Gästehaus Schrunsblick sehr genossen. Schade, dass er vorbei ist. Aber wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.
Schon vom ersten Moment an, haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Denn die beiden Strahlen so viel positives aus und sind durch ihre Herzlichkeit wunderbare Gastgeber.
Die Unterkunft hat uns durch die optimale Größe und Aufteilung zu gesagt. Wir finden alle zum Essen oder spielen in der Wohnküche Platz und haben dennoch genug Raum, uns in den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern, zurück zu ziehen.
Durch den neben an abgelegenen Partyraum, der zum Billiard oder Dart spielen einlädt, ist auch bei Regenwetter für Abwechslung gesorgt. Bei Sonnenschein gibt es die Möglichkeit in den Pool zu springen und dabei die einmalige Aussicht zu genießen.
Zudem kommen auch Grillfans, in dem toll angelegten Außenbereich, auf ihre Kosten.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Wellnessdusche in der man hervorragend abschalten kann. Selbst von der Badewanne aus kann man das herrliche Panorama der Berge genießen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen.
Wer also mal ein paar Tage in der Natur abschalten möchte ohne dabei auf etwas verzichten zu müssen, ist bei den beiden perfekt aufgehoben!
Wir können es jetzt schon kaum erwarten, im schönen Gästehaus Schrunsblick, wieder Urlaub zu machen!
Natascha und Jürgen haben eine sehr, sehr angenehme Art da zu sein, wenn man Fragen hat und ansonsten einfach alles gut laufen zu lassen.
Die Anfahrt war mit einem VW Bus gut, mit einem langen, großen Wohnmobil würde ich vorher nochmal anrufen.
Natascha und Jürgen haben einen einzigartigen wunderschönen Ort geschaffen. Sie selbst sind wirklich liebenswerte Gastgeber. Deshalb haben wir direkt nach unserer Ankunft Zuhause das Gästehaus Schrunsblick wieder für eine Woche im Sommer gebucht.
Das Haus bietet genug lauschige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zur Erholung und ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
Der Panoramablick ist einzigartig und stimmungsvoll.
Für Hundbesitzer gibt es keine bessere Unterkunft; das Hausgelände ist komplett eingezäunt und eine super Gassirunde befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr hundefreundlich.
Jürgen und Natascha sind Gastgeber mit Leib und Seele - rund um die Uhr erreichbar, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich und offen.
Sie haben uns eine Menge schöner Wandertipps gegeben und wir haben sehr interessante Gespräche geführt.
Wir vergeben für Sauberkeit, Lage, Service und Ausstattung des Hauses fünf Sterne - gäbe es mehr, würden wir auch diese vergeben!
Wir waren alle der Meinung, dass wir nicht zum letzen Mal Ferien im Schrunsblick verbracht haben!

Besonders gemütlich fanden wir den Riesentisch in der Küche, an dem wir alle (12 Personen) problemlos Platz fanden und so manchen Abend fröhlich ausklingen ließen.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an unsere absolut aufmerksamen Gastgeber, die für alle Wünsche ein offenes Ohr hatten. Ein Tipp am Rande: die Multi-Color-Lichtspiel-Dusche...
Die muss man erlebt haben.
