Guests appreciate the sauna in the house, where you can wonderfully relax after a day of skiing. There is a separate room in the basement of the house for your skis and ski clothing.
Sonnblick House is located on a quiet residential street in the village of Schruns. From there, you can easily walk everywhere. The ski lift to the Montafon/Sylvretta ski area can be reached in just under 10 minutes (in ski boots...), and it takes 5 minutes to get to the village with its nice shops and restaurants. In the neighborhood are other private houses and their gardens.
The Sonnblick House includes 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Particularly beautiful are the surrounding, sunny balcony and the sauna.

Here is the translation to English: The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. In the event of a withdrawal up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., short-notice rebookings, conversion to vouchers, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the full rental price will be charged minus any services not used, provided these are not included as a lump sum in the daily or weekly price according to the price list.
