Our holiday home/ bed and breakfast with extended breakfast is located on the outskirts of Saalfelden Our house can also be used as a holiday flat for larger groups. Our holiday home is idyllically situated in the direction of Lofer, drive up a hill through a forest and you will be rewarded with a wonderful all-round view of the Leoganger Steinberge, the Steinerne Meer and a direct view of the Asitz (connection to the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski circus) or the Kitzsteihorn (European sports region) in good visibility, also nearby (approx. 10-15 minutes by car) Hochkönigs-Winterreich, Maria Alm, Dienten-Mühlbach
You have a lot of possibilities to do sports in winter or summer, for example in winter there is a free shuttle bus (with a valid lift ticket) only 300m away from us to the most beautiful and largest connected skiing area Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang
In summer: hiking, swimming, rafting, downhill biking, skating, kilometres of cycle paths, summer toboggan run, but also just for a leisurely stroll and to unwind. There is also the possibility to barbecue on our beautiful terrace or to linger on the sunny lawn. Almost everything is possible because it is your holiday, so make the most of it.

In summer: Our leisure activities range from hiking, which can be done all around in the Grasberge, but also in the Steinberge. Of course you can also swim in the open-air swimming pool in Saalfelden or in the moor lake Ritzensee, next to which there is a mini golf course, a summer toboggan run in Saalfelden, fishing lakes that invite you to fish, kilometres of asphalted cycle paths.
In winter: Our proximity to the ski areas of Saalbach - Hinterglemm- Leogang as well as Maria Alm -Hochkönig but also a natural toboggan run, Fakelwanderungen, horse-drawn sleigh rides, also tourers come at their expense as well as endless cross-country ski trails for skating and gliding. Saalfelden is a shopping town with many interesting shops surrounded by the most beautiful skiing areas in the Salzburgerland Maria Alm -Dienten- Mühlbach, or Saalbach Hinterglemm-Leogang, or the European sports region Zell am See- Kaprun from us everything is within easy reach.

Since the Sporthotel Gut Brandlhof is very close to us (approx. 1.5 km), you also have the opportunity to play golf or in the Golfgrennfee in Sallfelden urslautal approx. 3 km from us, or to discover riding lessons, a driving technique course at the Öamtc and much more for yourself. Also on this route a 10 km long roller skating path or also for cycling with some stations to refresh again.

Good day We are a family-run holiday home with 5 double rooms with shower, toilet and TV, a guest kitchen and a large lounge with TV. We are located in the middle of the large ski areas of Saalbach- Hinterglemm-Leogang, Maria-Alm, Zell am see- Kaprun, maximum journey time to the most distant ski area is 15-20 minutes.
