A fully equipped, spacious kitchen awaits you on the ground floor, which blends harmoniously into the living space.
The light-flooded room invites you to linger and is a gathering place for the whole family.
The fireplace and underfloor heating are an additional guarantee for cosy evenings.
On the ground floor you will also find a high-quality bathroom with integrated underfloor heating.
The upper floor offers two cosy bedrooms under thatch and a lounge area that invites you to relax.
The overall picture is rounded off by a modern bathroom.
To complete the ensemble, you will find a further sleeping accommodation in the attic along with a cosy sitting area.

In 2010, the Baltic seaside resort of Prerow, a former fishing and seafaring village, already looks back on 130 years of tradition as a seaside resort.
Framed by the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft with the unspoilt Darßwald forest, Prerow stretches along the Baltic Sea.
The white, fine sandy and gently sloping beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe and offers young and old relaxing bathing pleasure on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula.
For many years, the Baltic resort of Prerow has been awarded the European Community's environmental symbol of the "Blue Flag".
The 395-metre-long pier and the Darßer Ort lighthouse are considered Prerow's landmarks and, together with the Prerow Stream, give the resort its unmistakable character.

Summer vacation 2024
The equipment was lacking rags & towels & dishwashing tablets.
The location near the quiet harbor is excellent.
Cleanliness was good except for a few cobwebs.
Contact with the landlord was problem-free.
Price/performance is generally of a high standard.

Great holiday at FH Eisvogel
Very nice holiday home in a quiet location, equipped with everything, beautiful terrace. Even insect screens on many windows, which I find important. The way to the beach is easily accessible by a good walk, a truly beautiful beach, absolutely dreamy. Other towns are also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly by car. Shopping and restaurants are also within about 2.5 km, easily reachable on foot.

Wohnen mit drei Personen im Haus Eisvogel
Wir haben uns mit drei Erwachsenen im Haus "Eisvogel" sehr wohl gefühlt, - nachdem wir die Heizung in Betrieb nehmen konnten. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Dies gilt u.a. für den Strandkorb und die gesamte Terrasse, die wir allerdings angesichts unser zahlreichen Ausflüge an den Strand und die umliegenden Orte kaum genutzt haben. Der Standort des Hauses in Prerow ist ideal für Ausflüge an den Strand, in den Ort und die nahegelegen Orte wie Wieck, Ahrenshoop, Zingst oder auch Barth. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, das Haus noch einmal für einige Zeit als Urlaubsquartier zu mieten.
Die Einrichtung fanden wir eigentlich gelungen, allerdings stehen die ansprechenden, großformatigen Acrybilder und die „Große Welle“ von Kanagava in einem merkwürdigen Kontrast zu den zahlreichen delfter Tellern. Aber so etwas ist ja Geschmackssache und mag auch mit persönlichen Erinnerungen der Vermieter verbunden sein. Für Kaminofenfreunde würden wir empfehlen, den schönen Teppich etwas weiter vom Ofen weg zu ziehen, da dieser bei Benutzung u.U. beschädigt werden könnte. Die an sich gemütlich Sitzecke der ersten Etage ließe sich sicherlich gestalterisch noch optimieren (siehe „elfter Kacheln“).
