Our approx. 80m² detached holiday home is located on a 300m² plot. The holiday home is available all year round and is suitable for 2-4 people.
It is located in the centre of Prerow and is very quiet.
The house is modern and comfortably furnished. It has a living and dining area with a wood-burning stove. In the big bedroom there is space for 2 persons (double bed 1,80*2,00m, here we can also provide you with a baby bed. The small bedroom is also suitable for 2 persons (double bed 1,40*2,00m)
On the property there is a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair as well as a garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a side street, surrounded by detached houses and holiday homes. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes and the town centre in 5 minutes. The Baltic resort of Prerow is located on the Darß in the north of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern between the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the island of Rügen. Prerow is situated on Prerow Bay on the north side of the peninsula and has an almost white, approx. 5 km long beach, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe. It is a natural place with a very good infrastructure. There are endless possibilities for cycling and many excursions. The unspoilt Darß forest, which is part of the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", is also famous.

| The tourist tax to be paid depends on the information of the municipality of Prerow (will be settled via the landlord). The day of arrival is by arrangement. A dog is welcome by arrangement. If you stay with a dog, there is a fee of € 7 per day. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request (linen package: € 15 per person). |
Cancellation terms:
For a written cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total price (the deposit) will be charged. For a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. Thereafter, or if you do not show up, 100% of the total price will be charged.
