These words of our great poet sum it up: as soon as you reach the idyllic Eifel village of Mülheim near Blankenheim, the local recreation begins. Because there, just before you leave the village in the direction of Blankenheim, you will find our cosy and comfortable 120 m² holiday home. Here you will find, depending on your needs, either plenty of peace and quiet or a solid base camp for nature adventures and holiday pleasures of the most varied kind. A large, high-ceilinged living room with an open fireplace, adjoining dining area and adjacent kitchen invites you to close all time windows and let the here and now take effect on you with a view of meadows, slopes and diverse vegetation and let your soul dangle. Should all this cause too much tiredness, perhaps also due to the pure and clear Eifel air that one encounters here at 500 metres above sea level, 3 cosy bedrooms with up to 9 sleeping places are available. For activities, the more than 3000 m² large meadow property behind the house with idyllic stream can be used in many ways: (sunbathing, playing, dreaming, romping, and, and, ..... ) . A cosy new Finnish sauna is also available to recharge your batteries in the colder months of the year or to relax after a long walk through the snow-covered Eifel landscape.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Vacation with the whole family
Around square, also for the large family. Everything you need is there.
Two bathrooms, one of them a beautiful, new wellness bath.
A spacious, fenced garden where the children and dogs could let off steam.
The fireplace and the sauna were just right for a relaxing holiday.
The communication was excellent. A big thank you to Mr. Petruschinski!
We will gladly come back a third time :-)

Beautiful holiday home Christmas holiday
We rented this house from Mr Petruschinski for our Christmas holiday from 24-28.12.2022. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The house is very well equipped and the bathroom is a dream. Comfortable beds, everything tip top.

Very nice holiday home
The holiday home is large and spacious. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms just top. Plus the large garden. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable. We will gladly come again.

Super idyllic house in the middle of the green!
Our short trip to the Eifel was to give us a short break from the hectic city life - and we were not disappointed. The cottage is located in a quiet village, the garden is totally child-friendly (with swing) and totally spacious, perfect for our children to run around and play! In the evening, the sauna and the fireplace were ideal to get rid of the cold. The landlords were super friendly and accommodating, absolutely recommendable!

Super nice landlords and very very friendly contact. Even the repayment with one person less worked out immediately without any problems. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The furnishings are a bit dated and slightly old-fashioned
However, the kitchen appliances such as the oven or coffee machine should be cleaned better after the previous one. You can also use groceries in the house.
Our highlight was the fireplace and the sauna
The huge garden with beautiful terrace is perfect for families.

Schön, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat und vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise. Zu Beginn des Jahres wurde zunächst einmal eine komplett neue Heizung installiert und jetzt im Sommer wird ein Großteil des Mobilars ausgetauscht. Der Charme der 70-iger Jahre, den zahlreiche unserer Stammgäste lieben, weicht somit Stück für Stück moderneren Standards. Die Reinigung der Küchengeräte hat bei uns eine hohe Priorität und wir werden verstärkt ein Augenmerk darauf richten. Schön, dass Sie da waren und weiterhin alles Gute !

Beautiful holiday home,very nice contact
Very beautifully located holiday home with very good facilities. Everything a person needs is available. Central location for many excursions of all kinds. Good shopping facilities nearby. We and our dogs found the large garden very nice. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the house and its landlords. We would be happy to come back again.

Top holiday home
We stayed in this holiday home for a weekend with six adults and were thrilled! It is spacious, very quiet, the garden is huge (great for kids in summer), clean anyway, but above all exceptionally well equipped (nothing is missing). The price/performance ratio is simply top!

Pure tranquility
We (3 adults) really enjoyed our time in the very spacious and well-equipped single-family house. Apart from a microwave, the house is fully equipped. Not to mention: Wi-Fi! The garden is spacious, to say the least, and particularly great for children to play in. The landlords are very kind - what more could you want? Maybe just the opportunity to come back!
