Out of everyday life, into nature: Our rustic and extraordinary self-catering house in the Inn Valley, not far from Wörgl, is the perfect place for everyone who loves peace, mountains, and time together.
Here you won’t find a sleek luxury chalet, but a charming, rustic house with real cabin flair. Surrounded by mountains, meadows, and lots of nature, you can switch off, take a deep breath, and enjoy the days entirely at your own pace.
Whether a hiking holiday in summer, ski days in winter, a family vacation, or a cozy weekend with friends – with us, you are right in the middle of nature.
Cozy & original
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. Depending on the season, you can cook on the gas stove or the traditional wood stove.
In winter, the wood stove becomes the heart of the house: It provides cozy warmth and is also wonderful for cooking and baking. Especially on cold days, this creates an especially snug atmosphere.
The seating area offers space for long conversations, shared meals, game nights, and sociable hours with family or friends.
The living room has a wood-burning stove, a multimedia system, and satellite TV. For cozy evenings, board and card games are also available.
Plenty of space for sleeping & playing
The house has three bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a spacious attic, which can also be used as a sleeping area.
For children, the attic is a real highlight: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, it quickly becomes a large area for playing and romping.
Outside, nature awaits
The large garden terrace is your spot for relaxing vacation days in the open air.
Here you can have a peaceful breakfast in the morning, enjoy the sun, barbecue together, or let the evening end by the fire bowl.
Garden furniture, grill, and fire bowl are ready for you. And all around: mountains, fresh air, and plenty of nature.

If availability allows, you can arrive and depart completely flexibly. For directly consecutive bookings, we coordinate the times with you individually so we can prepare the house for the next guests in peace.

Our house is something special for people who appreciate coziness, nature, and originality. If you’re looking for a modern luxury chalet with hotel comfort, this is probably not the place for you.
But if you like sitting by the wood stove, cooking together, playing with the kids in the attic, barbecuing outside, and falling into bed tired and happy after a day in the mountains, you’ll hopefully feel at home here quickly.

In winter conditions and heavy snowfall, direct access to the house cannot be guaranteed. In this case, the holiday home can be reached via a short footpath.

Who likes it secluded
The little house is located on top of a mountain, in the middle of the forest. It was very clean upon our arrival. For someone who likes seclusion, it is just right. We were there with a dog, for which the property is very suitable. Everything is fenced, and from there you can directly take a few paths for walks. Thank you.

cozy accommodation
We really enjoyed our time here.
The house is located a bit outside in a very quiet area with a beautiful garden. There, one can relax very well and enjoy nature. From the house, you can take very nice walks, e.g., to the nearby lake, which invites swimming.

Great camp for skiers
We have been going to the "cabin" every February for 20 years and enjoy the rustic charm with a wood stove, Swedish oven, and still a certain degree of luxury.
In winter, it is only suitable for people who do not mind if it snows in the valley, walking the last 10 minutes to the house on foot, and carrying ski boots and groceries.
The cabin host Wolfgang is a down-to-earth guy with many tips for mountaineers, ski mountaineers, and piste skiers.

Detached house on a hill in the Inn Valley. Great for hiking, biking, swimming. Family-friendly, cozy with a wood stove and wooden terrace. The approach is not possible for sports cars or cars with low ground clearance. It involves a forestry road and a steep driveway. If you call me, I will explain everything in detail. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that you can hear the noise of the Inn Valley motorway from a distance. A viewing before booking is also possible. I will be on site from 15.08. to 23.08. So two vacation weeks are still available for booking, since I only posted the advertisement today.
