The holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is super clean, excellently equipped, and located in a quiet area. The heating works well. A small utility room ensures order. You feel at home from the beginning. The contact with the landlord is very pleasant. The house accommodates 6 units. It is about 800m from the beach and the bakery with a slight incline. Would love to come back.

Highly recommended

The flat is very well equipped and clean, the furnishings tasteful. The house is in a quiet location. The contact with the owner on the occasion of the booking was friendly and pleasant, the handling on site (handing over of keys) uncomplicated. You can get the tokens for the washing machine in town, which is a bit inconvenient, but does not diminish the very good overall impression at all.

Family vacation June 2017

We rented the apartment with 4 people for a week. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and very functional, you simply feel comfortable. Despite the 4 people, there is enough space available, and the beautiful balcony is surrounded by lots of greenery. The walk to the town center only takes 10 minutes, so highly recommended, we would gladly come back! Fam. Clauß

May vacation

We (2 people) stayed in this very nice apartment in mid-May, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, simply great. Almost everything is available, you will have a great holiday in Zinnowitz. The apartment is located on a slight hill, a short walk through the forest and you reach the beach with a delicious fish kiosk.
Would love to come back anytime!

Not just a place to sleep

This is a very beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment with a cozy atmosphere. We were very satisfied with our decision to stay in this holiday domicile.

Especially the kitchen facilities are such that you can easily cook for yourself here. We didn't miss anything in this regard during our stay.

Summer vacation in Zinnowitz.

We spent our vacation in this very nice holiday apartment for two weeks in July. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and you can reach both the town center and the beach within 10-15 minutes on foot. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, cleanliness is impeccable.

Vacation from the beginning...

We felt comfortable in this lovely holiday apartment right away. We liked the picturesque town of Zinnowitz. We explored the sunny island by bike. Simply wonderful. One thing is already certain: we will not be the last time in this apartment!

Auszeit

We were able to enjoy all the amenities of this lovingly furnished apartment for a week. Kissed by the sun in the morning, we could have breakfast on the balcony before exploring the area by bike. The house is quietly located, surrounded by old trees, with sufficient space to the neighbors. We had to search a bit to find the shortest way to the beach, but it's actually only 10 minutes away, and the pier can also be reached in a short time. Highly recommended is the snack bar of the last beach fisher of Zinnowitz at the end of the promenade (towards Zempin)!
We are happy to recommend the vacation apartment because we felt comfortable and will come back ourselves!
It is worth mentioning the cleanliness of the apartment and the quick and uncomplicated "briefing" on-site, thanks again to Ms. Lange for that!

Germany's sunniest place

Early in the morning, the sun emerges as a fireball for breakfast, in the evening it sets over the forests and meadows of Usedom. Arrive, relax, enjoy the Baltic Sea, and feel good - that's how winter vacation goes. Winter hiking and finally time to read. Information and tips about the small and large attractions in the area or restaurant recommendations are provided for free by the landlord. And the apartment? All is fine ... still just like the first time, we are thrilled.

Autumn vacation

In the holiday apartment FREYA, you arrive and the vacation begins. No pondering or searching to stow away your "seven things." Especially for vacations of about one - always too short in hindsight - week, a very important premise. Everything is in its (expected) place, extremely clean and obviously well taken care of. Some details in the apartment one would probably have arranged like that oneself; a feeling of being at home quickly spreads comfortably. The landlord's willingness to rent out the property at extremely short notice and the friendly greeting upon arrival demonstrate genuine effort and unobtrusive, sympathetic presence. This is how privately arranged vacation rentals should be, THANK YOU!

Vicinity of the holiday home: In park-ähnlichem Umfeld, eingebettet zwischen Villen und Herrenhäusern, fernab reihenweise in den Ostseesand gesetzter Feriensiedlungen - da kommt man nach einem erlebnisreichen Urlaubstag gern "zuhause" an.

free time activities: Zinnowitz liegt gut mittig auf Usedom; für Freizeit-Radler überaus ideal, mal wirklich das Auto auch am dritten und den folgenden Tag(en) noch stehen zu lassen.
Die Freizeit bestimmt auf Usedom das Meer und das persönliche Natur-Interesse. Was braucht es da weiter...!
Ein Besuch im großen Kinosaal wird angenehm überraschen.

shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind ausreichend und auch in diesem Punkt ist also nicht unbedingt ein Auto vonnöten.

Very beautiful...

We spent a week in the vacation rental. Extremely nice contact with the landlord (personal greeting card included!). Lovingly and harmoniously furnished & bright apartment with many practical details; in the kitchen (very clean) nothing was missing (high-quality pots, tools, dishes in sufficient quantity, ... everything there!), bedroom with mosquito nets, etc. Practical: 2 full bathrooms. Great: large balcony with morning & afternoon sun. Very quiet house and surroundings (park-like)... yet close to the beach and city center.
We had nice weather, but the apartment guarantees a relaxing holiday even in bad weather, as it is very bright and friendly (board games available!).
Arrival by train is easy (car not necessary on site, as everything is within walking distance).
Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent our New Year's Eve in this beautiful, bright holiday apartment. The first impression was simply great - spacious rooms, very lovingly decorated. The living-dining area has everything you need. The kitchen invites you to cook with high-quality pots and appliances, making it absolutely suitable for bad weather. If you want to enjoy a Baltic Sea holiday, then this holiday apartment is the place to be, as it simply lacks nothing. Just to name a few: hairdryer, iron, flat-screen TV, and even personalized postcards.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und ist mit dem Auto sowie zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand und die wunderschöne Ostsee liegen nur circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

free time activities: Die Insel Usedom bzw. Zinnowitz bieten ein rundum sehr vielseitiges kulturelles und kulinarisches Angebot. Von der FeWo aus sind Kino, Theater und Strandpromenade ein Katzensprung. Mit der Usedomer Bäderbahn, welche Wir als Winterurlauber sehr oft nutzten, oder dem Fahrrad kann man noch weitere Orte und die damit verbundenen Sehenswürdigkeiten begutachten, wie zum Beispiel Peenemünde, Karlshagen oder Wolgast.Für die Genießer unter uns bietet Zinnowitz sowohl leckere Fischrestaurants als auch Spezialitäten aus aller Welt (Grieche, Inder, Italiener). Somit hat die FeWo einen wirklich guten Standort.

shopping facilities: Bäcker, Edeka, Drogerie, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte im Stadtzentrum sowie entlang der Promenade, welche zu unserer Überraschung auch am 1.1.2014 ihre Türen geöffnet hatten.
