The apartment on the 2nd floor with a sunny southwest-facing balcony in Zingst is centrally located and close to the beach in a complex of 5 town villas on a well-kept property. The attic apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished. In the spacious living room, a comfortable leather couch invites you to relax in front of the bioethanol fireplace. If it does happen to rain, simply use our collection of games. This makes the apartment very attractive even outside of the high season.
Despite the central location, the bedroom is quiet and faces the garden. In the separate kitchen, everything is available from A for baking dish to Z for lemon squeezer. You are also welcome to bring your bicycles, which can be stored safely and dry in the lockable bicycle room.

Sonnenhus Zingst is quietly located in a private street between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The very high-quality and well-maintained complex was built in 2007 and consists of 8 semi-detached and 2 detached houses, which are all thatched in a typical local style. The Sonnenhus is south-facing and sunny and bright all year round. On the terrace in the small garden you can already enjoy the first rays of sunshine in spring and let your soul dangle. But a visit is also worthwhile in autumn, because then it is crane season. Thousands of majestic birds settle here to gather strength for their onward flight. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain and is nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park. Zingst is an attractive holiday resort full of traditional charm in a modern yet charming ambience. Here you will find endless fine sandy beaches and a unique, almost untouched natural landscape, which invites you to explore the very well-developed, diverse network of cycling and hiking paths on foot, by bike or in a horse-drawn carriage.

Preparations for the new season, including thorough cleaning and repairs, are now complete.
In winter, we clean the kitchen and bathroom ourselves and wash all duvets, mattress protectors, and pillows so that our property looks the way we would like to find a holiday apartment.
Additionally, starting in 2026, we will also offer internet via Wi-Fi.
