Description

Enjoy a first-class holiday in our newly built wooden house directly on the water. From the spacious living and dining area, you can directly access the wooden terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the jetty with water connection that belongs to the house. Next to the kitchen area, equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen, there is one of three bedrooms with a double bed and a shower room on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms with access to a balcony also with a direct view of the water as well as another shower room. The property is fully fenced, parking spaces are located directly on the property (carport).

The holiday home is in a very quiet location directly on a branch of the old Havel River. The holiday resort of Ketzin/Havel is located directly between Potsdam and Brandenburg. Surrounded by protected natural landscapes as well as a sufficient lake and quarry landscape, one can wonderfully relax here, recover, take extensive walks, hikes and bicycle tours. The neighbouring cities of Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities and can be easily reached within a short time. Shopping facilities for groceries, pharmacies, a medical centre and a petrol station are located in the village.

Very nice house directly on the water

We went on a trip to this house with our friends. The house is super nice. The view directly onto the water immediately creates a holiday atmosphere. The furnishings are great, everything you need is there. The house was very clean and the first impression was very positive. We spent a very nice holiday. We had a nice get-together and ended the day with a barbecue. During the day we made nice trips to Berlin or to the lido in Ketzin. Even with the restrictions of the pandemic, we were still able to spend a super nice holiday. We are very grateful for this and can only recommend the house.

Beautiful holiday cottage in a magnificent location

We had a relaxing time in the beautifully furnished holiday home (unfortunately a bit noisy). The wonderful area is great to explore by bike. Using the house's own boat is a highlight. We had a lot of fun with it. The contact with the landlord was uncomplicated.

Schöner Kurztrip mit Familie

We arrived as a family with 2 small children. We were able to spend a few wonderful days in the truly beautiful holiday home. We could do a lot with our children, the offers in the nearby area (Potsdam/Berlin) for families are really diverse. A boat was also right on-site at our own pier, unfortunately the temperatures were not quite so pleasant, we would have liked to explore more with the boat. We can definitely recommend the holiday home.

Tolles Haus

The house is in a great location, you can relax on the terrace or the jetty and enjoy the peace. The boat is fantastic, especially the children had so much fun. The cleanliness of the house and tasteful decor are worth mentioning. There were six of us, so the dining area was a bit tight, but it's not a big deal. A tiny deduction is for the pillows. If you are sensitive when sleeping, you should bring your own. Which is not a big deal if you know it. Mr. Nowottnick and his wife are very nice and flexible - everything as it should be. Overall conclusion: Highly recommended and anytime again! We felt very comfortable and well rested.

Even for one night

We were spontaneous bookers, 2 people and 1 dog. A call 2 days before arrival and then only for one night. For the landlord, absolutely friendly and likable from the beginning, absolutely no problem. We were able to come by at short notice for one night completely uncomplicated. The house was in top condition. We lacked nothing. The completely fenced property was also a significant relief for us as dog owners. The view from the dining table and the bedroom directly onto the water is simply fantastic.

Schöner Urlaub

We spent a few nice and relaxing days in Ketzin. We regularly visit the beautiful Havelland region, and we always enjoy coming back to Ketzin. We had a nice, large, and very cozy holiday home for ourselves. The property and house are in very well-maintained condition, and the landlord is really very nice. We would love to come back.

Kurzer aber toller Zwischenstopp

We only spent one night in your beautiful house as we wanted to make a stopover in the Havelland. The view directly on the water during breakfast is pure relaxation. The house is equipped with everything you need, very well-maintained and clean. Our host is really friendly. The next visit will definitely be for a few days longer.

Wunderschönes Havelland

We wanted to spend a few relaxing days by the water with our 3-year-old child and our small mixed-breed dog. Unfortunately, the temperatures were not quite suitable for boating, but we will definitely make up for it on our next visit. The house is great, very nicely clean, and we lacked nothing. You will definitely see us again soon.

Beautiful house, pure idyllic atmosphere in the countryside.

We traveled as a family of 4. We had more than enough space in the holiday home. Thanks to the cozy living area with the large dining table and open kitchen, we could spend a comfortable time indoors even in cold temperatures. Otherwise, we found many varied excursion destinations in the nearby Potsdam and Berlin. We would love to come back.

A relaxing, beautiful vacation

We, 2 adults and 2 dogs, spent a nice and relaxed vacation in this wooden holiday home. The house has everything you need, especially the bathrooms and kitchen are very nice, although there could be more cutlery. We were lucky with the weather, we had proper summer weather all week. Unfortunately, there are no blinds and mosquito screens on the skylights of the upper bedrooms yet, so they were very hot, and one couldn't open the windows at night due to mosquitoes.
The living-dining room is small and very cluttered, but because of the nice weather, this did not bother us much as we were mostly outside in this beautiful landscape with many lakes and canals. Potsdam can be reached in 20 minutes and other sights like Berlin and the city of Brandenburg are nearby, ensuring that boredom won't be an issue. Plenty of restaurants are also easily accessible. We found the area and people to be very dog-friendly, although dogs are not allowed in the upper floor of the house. We placed a shoe rack in front of the stairs at night to prevent them from sneaking up. All in all, we enjoyed our short vacation and can recommend the house. In Ketzin, we will certainly not be the last time.

Sehr geehrte Frau Ursula K. ich war doch sehr verwundert über Ihre Aussage, dass der Wohn- Essbereich sehr klein und vollgestellt wäre da dieses Ferienhaus überwiegend von 6 Personen genutzt wird, welche bisher kein Platzproblem hatten. Ich weiß ja nicht wie Sie Ihr Zuhause eingerichtet haben, aber eine Couch, eine Vitrine auf der sich der Fernseher befindet sowie ein Ess- und Couchtisch sehe ich als eine normale Möblierung an. Auch Ihre Kritik bezüglich der vorhanden Menge an Besteck ist für mich unverständlich. Alle Teile sind mindestens in 6-facher Ausführung vorhanden zudem verfügt das Haus über eine Spülmaschine und eine Spüle, sodass benutzest Besteck auch kurzfristig gesäubert und wieder benutzt werden kann. Des Weiteren habe ich Ihnen gesagt, das ihre beiden wirklich sehr großen Hunde bitte nicht ihren Schlafplatz im Bett haben sollen, von einem Hundeverbot in der oberen Etage war aber keine Rede. Sie versicherten mir auch, dass ihre Hunde nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Haus zurückgelassen werden. Da die Nachbarn mich mehrfach auf das laute Hundegebell aufmerksam machten, stellte ich immer wieder fest, das Sie die Hunde stets alleine im Haus eingesperrt hatten. Da ich vor Ort wiederholt nach dem Rechten sehen musste, sah ich im übrigen kein Schuhregal vor der Treppe stehen, was natürlich auch die beträchtliche Menge an Hundehaaren wie auch die Kratzer im Laminatfußboden im oberen Stockwerk erklärte. Ihre Insuffizienz zu dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei einem Haus direkt am Wasser, inklusive eigenem Boot ist mir leider nicht schlüssig. Dennoch bin ich erfreut zu hören, dass Ihnen der Urlaub doch insgesamt gefallen hat. Wir (Ihr Vermieter, die wirklich fleißige Putzfrau sowie der Fußbodenleger) wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.
