Description
small bungalow renovated in 2011 with a living area of 25 m². The house offers space for 2 persons, possibly extra bed for 1 child. It has a combined living/bedroom and a small kitchenette. There is a terrace at the bungalow and a second one directly at the water. Included in the price is the use of a rowing boat, for a small surcharge a licence-free motor can be used. A parking space is available on the property. The Havel bungalow is situated on a 450 m² plot. This is completely fenced in.

The bungalow is in a very quiet location directly on a branch of the old Havel. Nature lovers can explore the many small canals or the Havel itself by boat. Those who want to experience a little more culture can drive about 20 minutes to Potsdam to marvel at Sanssouci Palace, the Babelsberg Film Park, the Dutch quarter, the Bornstedt crown estate, the Russian colony Alexandrowka, or simply to stroll through the many palace gardens. The Extavium - the hands-on science museum, the Natural History Museum as well as the Biosphere and the Volkspark are also something for little explorers. If you don't want to miss out on colourful and varied city life, you can reach the never-sleeping metropolis of Berlin in 25 minutes by car. You can experience Karl's strawberry village in just 15 minutes by car. An unforgettable day for young and old. Right next door is the Designer Outlet Centre. Here, all the well-known designers have a store and beckon with 70% discounts. The waterfront property is located in the Brückenkopf district, not far from the town of Ketzin. It has inhabitants, grocery shops, bakeries that are also open on Sundays. Ketzin is surrounded by countless lakes and clay ponds, all connected to the Havel River, and offers charming landscapes, a true pearl for recreation seekers and nature lovers. Cyclists can take advantage of the many well-developed cycle paths, but mountain bikers also get their money's worth. Two kilometres away is the large golf course in Tremmen, popular with all golfers. In Paretz, 2.5 km from the holiday home, there is a riding stable.

Perfect holiday by the water.
We spent a fantastic week in Ketzin an der Havel and were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Our cozy bungalow, located right on the water, offered us an idyllic setting and was both modern and well-maintained.
The attention to detail was noticeable in every aspect - from the careful furnishings to the impeccable cleanliness. The bungalow was small, but extremely chic, which immediately gave us a feeling of comfort.
The property on which the bungalow is situated was a true delight for the eyes. Everything was meticulously maintained and showed the dedication of the owners to preserving this oasis of relaxation. And let's talk about the owners - they were incredibly nice and friendly. Their hospitality played a significant role in making us feel at home from the first minute.
Shopping facilities were within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An absolute highlight was our trip to Potsdam, where we were able to explore the beauty of this historic city.
But the best was yet to come - the boat service included in the price! We used the boat almost daily, whether it was for relaxed fishing or refreshing swimming in the clear water of the Havel. This extra gave our vacation a special touch and made it unforgettable.
It is therefore not surprising that we have already booked our next vacation for the coming year. The anticipation of a reunion with this enchanting place is almost indescribable. If you are looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and nature, then Ketzin an der Havel is definitely the right place for you.

Small Bungalow with Great Development Factor
We spent a lovely holiday in Ketzin. We were allowed to be guests for one week. .

The garden and the property are fantastically situated. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show.
We were super enthusiastic
We had great excursions in the region and went fishing with the boat.
I can absolutely recommend the accommodation......from the super uncomplicated booking to the super friendly briefing on site.....everything worked out great.
The price-performance ratio is also great.

Urlaub am Wasser
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, und das Wasser und die Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Kleiner aber feiner Bungalow mit allem was man so braucht. Nette Vermieter und absolut empfehlenswert.

Great fishing holiday
Since we had already read reviews from other guests, we were of course very curious to see if everything was really so positive. And we were not disappointed. The holiday home is small, cosy, with everything you need, clean and well-maintained, furnished with love, just totally cosy. The landlords are extremely friendly and sympathetic. The short "briefing" on the first day was great and made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The holiday home is a great starting point for exploring nature and fishing by motorboat.
