Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on our property with a separate entrance and its own terrace. We live about 1 km from the centre of the village in a small housing estate (formerly a fishermen's settlement). It takes about 3 minutes by car to get to the village and about 5 minutes to the beach. Both can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle. Distance to the yacht and municipal harbour about 50 metres. Restaurant directly on the water. The recognised Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode is situated at the extreme tip of the Lübeck Bay on the Wagrien peninsula between Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehmarn.
Surrounded by water on three sides, this unique location in one of the sunniest areas of Germany ensures fresh, clean and healthy sea air in every season. Großenbrode offers ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday by the water.
The coastline presents itself in many variations: Endless beaches, dunes, dykes and cliffs, meadows and fields surrounded by the blue sea.
The clearly arranged south beach with its white, fine-grained sand, a 1.5 km long beach promenade and the pier offers pure beach life. Due to the very gently sloping water depth, you can relax while your children splash or dig in the water
The resort pleasantly combines the flair of a cosy Baltic Sea spa with the sporty, active activities on the water. Due to the shallow water near the shore, Großenbrode is predestined for surfing and sailing beginners.
A total of 6 marinas with approx. 1000 berths await you, which radiate maritime tranquillity despite the hustle and bustle. You can also launch your own boat here via a slipway.
In Großenbrode, fishing enthusiasts can pursue their hobby or get "their fish" directly from the cutter in the fishing harbour.
A well-trained DLRG team ensures the necessary safety on the beach and in the water. Events, activities and festivities for young and old provide plenty of variety.
Along the "Ostseeküstenradweg" (Baltic Coast Cycle Path) you can discover a particularly beautiful variation of the Wagrian peninsula.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann den Mietvertrag bis 60 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn kündigen. Es wird dann eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 70,00 Euro fällig. Bei einem späteren Rücktritt ist die gesamte vereinbarte Miete ( abzügl. 10% des Mietpreises und ) zu zahlen, sofern es nicht gelingt, die Wohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte sich ein anderer Mieter für den Zeitraum finden, wird nur die Stornogebühr in Höhe von 70,00 Euro erhoben.

We live with in the grounds, and the result is of course the personal contact with the guests. You can learn a lot about seafaring, ships and fishing. Whether casual "coffee" or smoking of fresh Baltic fish is then quickly forget the time. (Note: not a must)
