The flat is located on the ground floor of a residential building built in 2012 with a total of four flats. It offers plenty of space for four adults on approx. 70 sqm
The rooms are tiled and all have underfloor heating.
All beds have an open footboard and are therefore ideally suited for tall guests.

The house is situated in a road with little traffic (only residents) in an area with permanently inhabited houses and rather few holiday properties. So it is very suitable for holiday guests who want to relax away from the rather lively tourist centre. Nevertheless, within a few minutes you can reach the beach, the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the seal station and of course shops for daily grocery/household needs (you only walk about 3 minutes to the Netto market) or restaurants for every taste.
Barbecues are not allowed.
You can safely park your car in front of the house on its own parking space.

The flat can be rented from Saturday 28 July 2012. The house is situated in a road with little traffic (only residents) in an area with permanently inhabited houses and rather few holiday properties. So very suitable for holidaymakers who want to stay and relax away from the rather lively tourist centre. Nevertheless, within a few minutes you can reach the beach, the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the seal station and of course shops for daily grocery/household needs (you only walk about 3 minutes to the Netto market) or restaurants for every taste. Norddeich offers its guests a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with diggers, rafts, climbing boats, swings,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour.

Very cozy!
We had a great 5 days in this apartment. Everything was clean and generally well-equipped. The heating worked immediately - we have experienced it differently in other apartments. The house is located in a very quiet side street. Everything as described. We were very satisfied.
