The bedrooms
When night falls, you will find rest in a double bed.
Bed linen is also provided.
The sleeping area covers 40 sqm.

After a restful night, the day begins with a refreshment. In the modern-equipped bathroom of our small Villino.
The living kitchen
Here, nothing should be lacking, everything is sufficiently available. You hardly need to bring anything.
The living area
Here, modern couches invite you to linger, with or without television. A desk could also be used if needed.

For a minimum stay of one week, it is possible to book individual days or half-weeks in the following week, preferably in the off-season.

Individual service on site is always guaranteed, year-round opening hours, including Sundays and public holidays.
PS: The rooftop terrace is currently not usable or available. In case you don't want to cook yourself or go out to eat, excellently located at the old historic harbor, we can also offer you a special service by arrangement: original Italian cuisine, personally prepared by Franca, the neighbor.
Also worth mentioning are the good mobile phone and internet/Wi-Fi connections and, of course, a personal contact person on site at any time.

Beautiful dream vacation
After having a nice phone contact with Ines, the landlord, in advance, we were looking forward to a great vacation and were not disappointed. The reception was very warm, and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. Nothing was missing; even spices, toilet paper for the first few days, towels, and bed linen were provided; everything was thought of. The house is beautifully furnished, and the pool is very refreshing for the hot days. Our 15-year-old son also felt very comfortable. Our Newfoundland mix always found a shady spot. The area is fenced and was optimal for the dog. Two weeks are already booked for next year, and we are looking forward to it. Thank you very much to Ines and Christian.

Super quiet location with great views and still right in the city.
We have many years of experience in Liguria. We would rent this house again at any time. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired. From the washing machine to the dishwasher and even Wi-Fi, plus satellite TV available. The underfloor heating is a dream, especially in spring. The location gets 5 stars. Total peace and yet in just 5 minutes in Imperia. From the rooftop terrace, you have a sea view and also look into the beautiful Maritime Alps. The landlords are super nice, immediately available for problems, and pay great attention to a loving and clean home decor. We would love to come back. Best regards, Robert and Bettina.

Imperia Bell Villino August 2015
We were here two years ago and knew we would come back. . .
What do we appreciate about it? A lovingly furnished holiday home in a beautiful location, this idyllic peace and yet central to so many excursion possibilities. This unique view of both the harbor and the mountains and this dreamlike pool, which not only our children loved.
Italian cuisine? Of course! And preferably prepared by ourselves, because everything is available in great variety and freshness in the village (BENNET and COOP). But one thing we also appreciated very much this time: Upon request, a dear neighbor (Franka) cooks at any time, and excellently and typically for the region. This service was simply perfect and delicious for us on the evening of our arrival and departure! A boat trip with the landlord along the coast made the angler's heart soar! Sand beach to the right of the harbor - small and nice - a section that was free next to the paid areas, was completely sufficient and beautiful, otherwise rather the stony variant. Water quality in and around Imperia is TOP!
Very worth seeing: Hanbury Botanical Garden, Bear Cave (Grotte di Toirano), Whale Watching (we booked directly at the harbor and it was really great), San Remo, Nice, Monaco... Tip: a day trip to "Portofino" with a hike from Camogli to Portofino (moderate, about 2.5 hours) and back by boat taxi via the monastery "San Fruttuoso" to Camogli! Traveling by train is better - we couldn't find a parking space on site and had to park a bit outside, so we had to walk quite a distance from the harbor to the car...! From the train station to the church "Chiesa Millenaria Sacuro Cuore" walk (or take the bus) from there the hiking trail (red square) begins to Portofino. In the Fafen of Camogli you must definitely try the Focaccia - it is surely the best in Liguria...!
There are still so many possibilities, so we will surely want to come back! That this time occasional construction work was heard across the street did not really bother us and did not hinder our relaxation at all... (It's very early "Siesta" there)

very quiet location .. far from the hustle .. very relaxing
We all absolutely needed the peace . . the pool is a hit, the landlords really take good care of the property, otherwise, one can only say that everything was very nice so far, the view into the olive grove must be seen at least once. The house is really very tastefully furnished . . high-quality style.
Unfortunately: construction is taking place on the opposite side (8 m away), it is a bit disturbing in the morning, but then it is always quiet; however, it is possible to be woken up by the excavator. If that weren't the case, it would definitely be worth 5 stars. Otherwise, 4.
Shopping options: you really have to drive 4 km down the mountain. However, there are good opportunities to shop. You will automatically stock up, as the mountain presents a real driving challenge, but you have total peace and quiet!
Imperia: a place not yet destroyed by tourism, where people also work normally, which I personally find very nice. Faziat: can be recommended without reservation. . especially the pool was simply great.
If you go to the place where the locals swim, you don't have to pay the 20 euros for 2 loungers + umbrella. The beach here is only a rocky beach. . but I personally liked it because the water was very clear.
Definitely don't forget mosquito spray from DM (Tropical), otherwise you can't sit outside in the evenings. . but that's nature for you. .
