When night falls, you will find rest in a double bed.

After a restful night, the day begins with a refreshment. In the modern-equipped bathroom of our small Villino.

Our small villa is situated high above the city on a ridge, surrounded by olive trees on sqm and in a very good residential area. Admittedly, the fully paved driveway can occasionally, due to the altitude and partly narrow roads, be a bit challenging, but it is rewarded. Once at the top, a spectacular view of the sea (3.5 km), over the wonderful medieval town, and the breathtaking hinterland opens up. So, a perfect view for relaxation. The Garden
And those who enjoy being pampered by the Italian sun can do so best in the pool (diameter 5m) while hearty delights are created at the house’s own barbecue area. As a dining spot and for beautiful stargazing hours, fireflies included, we recommend our popular sun deck, also in the pool area.
The entire, also spacious, outdoor area is available
exclusively for your private use. The province has approx. 204,000 inhabitants who live on an area of km², the city itself has about 40,000 inhabitants. The province is home to 67 municipalities.
History & Sights
Originally, Imperia consisted of two smaller municipalities, Porto Maurizio and Oneglia, which in 1923 were merged together with several other smaller municipalities to form a single city. The traces of history, however, have remained, so in this city there are two town halls, main churches, or patron saints—the ones from Porto Maurizio as well as those from Oneglia. The two municipalities, separated by the Impero river, were geographically merged, but the inhabitants always saw things somewhat differently than the politicians and did not want to give up their traditions and buildings. Particularly popular with tourists are the towns of Bordighera, Ventimiglia with its famous "Humbury Garden" or San Remo, but of course also the Côte d’Azur, Nice and its art museums, and not to forget, Monaco.
The Riviera is also known for its mild climate in winter, which would also be an attractive and highly recommended alternative.

PS: The rooftop terrace is currently not usable or available. In case you don't want to cook yourself or go out to eat, excellently located at the old historic harbor, we can also offer you a special service by arrangement: original Italian cuisine, personally prepared by Franca, the neighbor.
Also worth mentioning are the good mobile phone and internet/Wi-Fi connections and, of course, a personal contact person on site at any time.

Wunderschöner Traumurlaub
Nachdem wir mit Ines, der Vermieterin, schon im vornherein netten telefonischen Kontakt hatten, haben wir uns auf einen super Urlaub gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Gewürze, Toilettenpapier für die ersten Tage, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden, es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, der Pool ist sehr erfrischend für die heißen Tage. Unser 15jähriger Sohn hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Neufundländer-Mischling hat immer ein schattiges Plätzchen gefunden. Das Gelände ist eingezäunt und war optimal für den Hund. Für nächstes Jahr sind schon wieder zwei Wochen gebucht und wir freuen uns jetzt schon. Vielen Dank an Ines und Christian.

Super ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick und trotzdem gleich in der Stadt
Wir haben bereits über viele Jahre Ligurienerfahrung. Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler und sogar Wlan, plus Sat - Fernsehen vorhanden. Die Fussbodenheizung im besonders im Frühjahr ein Traum. Die Lage bekommt 5 Sterne. Totale Ruhe und trotzdem in gut 5 Minuten in Imperia. Von der Dachterrasse hat man Meerblick und schaut auch in den wunderschönen Seealpen. Die Vermieter sind super nett, bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle und achten sehr auf eine liebevolle und saubere Hauseinrichtung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Robert und Bettina

Imperia Bell Villino August 2015
Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon einmal hier und wussten, dass wir wiederkommen...
Was wir so daran schätzen? Ein mit Liebe ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage, diese idyllische Ruhe und trotzdem zentral für so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Diesen einmaligen Blick sowohl in den Hafen als auch in die Berge und dieser traumhafte Pool, den nicht nur unsere Kinder liebten.
Die italienische Küche? Natürlich! Und am liebsten selbst zubereitet, denn alles ist in großer Vielfalt und Frische im Ort einzukaufen (BENNET und COOP). Aber eins schätzten wir auch dieses mal sehr: Auf Anfrage kocht jederzeit eine liebe Nachbarin (Franka) und das hervorragend und landestypisch. Dieser Service war für uns am Abend der Anreise und Abreise einfach perfekt und lecker!
Eine Bootsfahrt mit dem Vermieter entlang der Küste, ließ das Anglerherz höher schlagen!
Sandstrand rechts vom Hafen - klein und fein - ein Abschnitt, der kostenfrei an die kostenpflichtigen Bereiche grenzte, war völlig ausreichend und schön, sonst eher die steinige Variante. Wasserqualität in und um Imperia ist TOP!
Sehr sehenswert: Hanbury-Botanischer Garten, Bärenhöhle (Grotte di Toirano), Whale-Watching (haben wir direkt am Hafen gebucht und war richtig toll), San Remo, Nizza, Monaco...
Tip: ein Tages-Ausflug nach "Portofino" mit Wanderung von Camogli nach Portofino (mittelschwer ca. 2,5 h) und zurück mit dem Schiff-Taxi über das Kloster "San Fruttuoso" nach Camogli! Anreise mit Zug ist besser - wir haben vor Ort keinen Parkplatz gefunden und mussten etwas außerhalb parken, so das wir vom Hafen bis zum Auto noch einen ordentlichen Fußmarsch zurück legen mussten...! Vom Bahnhof bis zur Kirche "Chiesa Millenaria Sacuro Cuore" laufen (oder mit Bus) ab dann beginnt der Wanderweg (rotes Quadrat) bis Portofino. Im Fafen von Camogli müsst ihr unbedingt die Focaccia probieren - ist sicher die beste Liguriens...!
Es gibt noch so viele Möglichkeiten, so dass wir sicher gern wiederkommen werden!
Dass dieses mal gelegentlich Bauarbeiten gegenüber zu hören waren, hat uns nicht wirklich gestört und auch keineswegs an unserer Erholung gehindert... (da ist eh sehr zeitig "Siesta")

sehr ruhige Lage .. weit vom Schuß .. sehr erholsam
Die Ruhe haben wir alle absolut gebraucht .. der Pool ist der Hit, die Vermieter kümmern sich wirklich sehr um das Anwesen, sonst kann man nur sagen, dass alles soweit sehr schön war, der Blick in die Olivenfleder muss man mal gesehen haben. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.. hochwertig Stil
Leider: auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (8 m entfernt) wird gebaut, es stört am morgen etwas, dann ist aber immer Ruhe, es kann aber sein, dass man von dem Bagger aufgeweckt wird.
Wenn das nicht wäre, ist das absolut 5 Sterne wert.. sonst halt 4.
Einkaufensmöglichkeiten: man muss wirklich 4 km den Berg runterfahren.. da gibt es aber gute Möglichkeiten um einzukaufen. Vorräte anlegen wird man automatisch machen, da der Berg eine echte fahrerische Herausforderung darstellt, dafür hat man totale Ruhe !
Imperia: ein vom Tourismus noch nicht zerstörter Ort, es wird hier auch normal gearbeitet, was ich persönlich sehr schön finde.
Faziat: kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.. vor allem der Pool war einfach nur klasse.
Wenn man an dem Ort baden geht, wo auch die Einheimischen hingehen, muss man auch nicht die 20 Euro für 2 Liegen + Schirm bezahlen. Der Strand ist hier nur Steinstrand.. hat mir aber persönlich gefallen, weil das Wasser sehr klar war.
Auf jeden Fall Mückenspray von DM nicht vergessen (Tropisch), da man sonst abends nicht draußen sitzen kann.. aber Natur ist halt so..
