The approx. 30m² holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The flat offers sleeping accommodation for 2 persons. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances. In the combined living room and bedroom you will find TV sets, seating and sleeping facilities
Bed linen and towels for the first week are included in the rent
In the garden of the holiday home you will find various seating areas, in the quiet, sheltered corners you can relax. We have a free parking space for your car on the property. For the duration of your stay, you can rent bicycles from us for a small fee
Only a 5-minute walk through the coastal forest you will find the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, where you can rent a beach chair or just lie down in the beach sand. A nudist beach is also nearby.

The holiday flat is located in a quiet side street only about a 4-minute walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. On the property you have various resting places with garden furniture to linger, a barbecue corner and a free parking space for your car we keep ready for you. WLAN is available via hotspot for a small fee.
The small holiday resort of Koserow is charmingly situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom. The natural surroundings are unique and invite you to relax and explore the sandy beach, woods, meadows and the adjacent Achterwasser
Koserow is one of the amber spas and is located in the centre of the island. From here, you can easily explore the entire island by bike, car or UBB.

lovingly furnished flat and super nice landlady with baking daughter
We felt very comfortable. The flat is equipped with everything you need, the furnishings and decoration lovingly chosen. Everything fits together perfectly. When we arrived, we found a plate of homemade cake, a jar of homemade jam and a small bottle of sparkling wine. Normally I don't eat jam at all, but this was simply delicious. To say goodbye, we had another plate of cake, which was probably baked by the daughter again. Thank you again.
The house is in a quiet side street, not far from the beach and the centre of town. It was wonderfully quiet at night. The house is surrounded by a beautiful and very well-kept garden. There is a sitting area in the garden for each of the two flats. Nothing is missing.

Toller Urlaub
This vacation rental is lovingly decorated. Everything is there, kitchen fully equipped, pots, plates, cutlery, refrigerator, stove, and television. EVERYTHING! In addition, a very nice landlady, whose sweet daughter loves to bake and doesn't forget to surprise the guests with delicious cakes. We will come back.

The holiday apartment has a very good location: quiet and only a few minutes to the beach. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. The beautiful seating areas in the well-maintained, romantic garden invite you to linger. The hostess spoils with small attentions and kind words - I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time - highly recommended.
