- Your beautiful holiday home 'Pino de Capistrano' is not located on the motorway, which runs 60 m deep in the tunnel.
The modern flat with 2 bedrooms is located in the holiday resort Urb. San Juan de Capistrano (in Nerja), not far from the beautiful Burriana beach approx. 1600 m, bus to the beach in approx. 90 m departure). Or 3 min. by car, Nerja's centre + old town are 5 min. by car.
The stylish holiday accommodation with 2 bedrooms for up to 5 persons is equipped with 2 air conditioners, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds as well as living room with sofa bed and large American kitchen and bathroom with large glass shower.
The large fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 fridges (one with freezer compartment).
By the way, together with this holiday flat 'Pino de Capistrano' you can also rent the separate studio Pinito downstairs - one floor lower with access from the lower path of the complex - in addition, if you wish. Then you can also use a connecting door in the terrace area - which is otherwise closed off, of course - for a direct path to each other.
So if you want to take a couple of friends or the grandparents with you, this is ideal. Or you would like to treat yourself to more space and independence as a couple or travel with up to 7 people....
Both levels are completely independent of each other as far as kitchen and bathroom etc. are concerned. But then you live cheaply in close proximity and almost together.
If you don't take advantage of this, both flats are completely separate and normally situated, as you know it in these terraced complexes on the hillside in San Juan de Capistrano...
The upper holiday flat Pino de Capistrano offers a large sunny south-facing terrace with sea view, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to the terrace, 2 bedrooms each with a wardrobe, 3 TVs with all German channels, Netflix (already paid by us) in the living room and free unlimited internet with flat/WLAN.
Furthermore, there are 2 air conditioners, a safe and shutters and fly screens in the living room and both bedrooms.
There are wall-mounted energy-saving heaters in each bedroom and in the living room. Of course, both air-conditioners can also heat if necessary - it's a matter of taste which one you prefer to use in the low season...
The studio Pinito downstairs (approx. 38 m²) is, as already mentioned, completely independent and offers similar equipment. Air conditioning, dishwasher, WiFi, Netflix free of charge, Spotify, etc. However, only the entire house is rented out, none of the two levels alone. Just ask us, we have our own website and if you are interested you could have a look at it there if ever there is interest. The picturesque, green and flowery holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano in Nerja has one of the most beautiful pool areas in the region with a lagoon-like large swimming area, rock island/waterfalls, large sunbathing areas, separate baby pool, etc.. You cannot hear this beautiful lake-like pool oasis from the holiday flat, but it is only about 90 m away on foot.
There is also a small supermarket in the complex (open from Easter to the end of October). Other (large) supermarkets such as Mercadona and Carrefour are 2 minutes away by car. Nerja also has a Lidl supermarket.
'Pino de Capistrano' - Hibiscos 2a is just as suitable for those interested in culture as it is for a beach holiday and family holiday (also with baby) in the sun. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty on offer in Nerja.
Senior citizens and comfort-seekers will be delighted with the easy access without a single step in this upper flat. The flat is (almost) handicapped accessible, everything is easy to reach, doors are extra wide, etc.
By the way, your south-facing terrace with sea view is designed so that no one can see you from the outside, so nudism and toplessness on the sunbeds is not an issue.

Our holiday properties as well as the San Juan de Capistrano complex are not located on the motorway! It only looks that way in many map programmes because the motorway runs deep down in the tunnel behind it - deep in the mountain. Map programmes often show this as a normal motorway instead of a tunnel.

Location and surroundings of object
San Juan de Capistrano is one of the most beautiful resorts in and around Nerja.
As the top resort of all the resorts, you will find the most spectacular view in the area of the vast Mediterranean Sea. Every walk in the complex is pure relaxation.
Despite the fantastic panoramic view due to the location in the first hills behind the centre of Nerja, it is only about 3 minutes by car to the beach and about 5 minutes to the centre (where you would rather not stay anyway). In the centre of Nerja you will find (besides the bars and restaurants in the resort San Juan de Capistrano) many other good restaurants and bars, many nice little shops to stroll around, alleys with quaint tapa bars and much more you could wish for on holiday. Nerja is a jewel among the seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol. It offers 5 beaches and a charming old town with many tapas bars.
Situated on the border of the Costa Tropical and blessed with the best climate in Europe, the town has retained much of its original character despite its good infrastructure.
A beautiful historic old town with pedestrian zones, the famous Balcon de Europa and the beaches make Nerja an ideal holiday destination.
The range of sports on offer in Nerja is very varied. From water sports to 3 fitness centres to horse riding and tennis and padel courts.
4 large supermarkets offer a wide range of groceries in all price levels. There are also two very large modern and reasonably priced supermarkets.
Among the beaches of Nerja, the long Burriana beach, which can be reached in about 3 minutes by car from our complex, is particularly outstanding. Here you can lie with your towel for free or rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach showers, toilets, bars and restaurants as well as numerous shops are available.
10 minutes outside of Nerja towards the east (nature reserve) you will find numerous natural beaches in beautiful rocky coves. All kinds of 'beach wishes' are thus fulfilled here.
