The wonderful pool of the complex can be reached in about 2 minutes by foot. The flat has a garden shower hot/cold and seating on the terrace as well as a sun lounger.
An awning protects you from views of the holiday properties above.
There is air conditioning in the living/bedroom. The tilting window next to the door protects against uninvited visitors with a fly screen.
Pinito de Capistrano is part of the idyllic San Juan de Capistrano complex, with tropical and Mediterranean gardens - located on the outskirts of Nerja, but only 5 minutes by car from the centre. With palm tree avenues and lush flowers, the perfect holiday oasis awaits you here. In three minutes by car you are at the beautiful and well-known Burriana beach.
The picturesque San Juan de Capistrano complex, which completely overlooks the other areas of the picturesque coastal town of Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea, offers a unique variety of tropical gardens and a large, beautiful pool landscape, which is exclusively available to the residents of the urbanisation. It is designed like a lake-like rock island - with waterfalls and pool bars.
This flat has a double bed in the living room and bedroom and even an additional sofa bed in case a child should come along.
There is also an elegant shower room and a well-equipped kitchen. Behind the kitchen and bathroom there is an interior room with a large wardrobe and the refrigerator. This room is separated from the living/bedroom by a door. This is deliberately and thoughtfully designed so that you don't have a humming fridge in the room at night when you want to sleep.
Pinito is equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, music system and wall-mounted flat-screen TV with digital and full range of German channels.
Heaters:
1 wall-mounted energy-saving heater and a heater with thermostat integrated into the wall - underfloor heating in the wall, so to speak. There is real underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Info: The flat is situated in the middle of the idyllic garden, and gets absolutely nothing from the motorway, which can be seen in Google Maps. Besides, it is anyway (better look in Google Earth with satellite images of the area) that the motorway runs deep down in the mountain - in the 'Capistrano tunnel'.
In the resort, the small supermarket (also on Sundays, e.g. fresh bread rolls daily) and the dreamlike pool landscape are usually open daily at least from Easter until the end of October. The pool oasis is considered one of the most beautiful in the area and is reserved exclusively for residents and holiday guests of the urbanisation. A large supermarket can be reached by car in 2-3 minutes or by bus. There is a separate small children's pool.
Music system, German satellite TV, iron, hair dryer, hoover etc. are available.

The 'white village' of San Juan de Capistrano is situated a little above Nerja's town centre, but close to the beach and the centre. Due to the Moorish building style in a beautiful hillside location, the urbanisation really looks like a traditional Andalusian 'pueblo blanco'. In 3 minutes by car you can reach the well-kept Burriana beach, in 10 minutes wonderful natural beaches towards the east in the nature reserve. The drive to the centre and old town of Nerja is 5 minutes.
Nerja is one of the most beautiful coastal and seaside resorts on the eastern Costa del Sol and has managed to retain its original character. Old typical bodegas and modern pubs alternate in the pretty pedestrian zone. The old town has been lavishly restored and many restaurants and cafés have been lovingly integrated. The extensive range of excursions, sports and cultural activities offers every guest a perfect individual holiday. Whether you enjoy the sun and beach or are looking for culture and culinary delights, Nerja and its surroundings leave nothing to be desired.
