DIRECTLY AT THE SPA PARK - THERE IS NO BETTER LOCATION! Centrally but quietly located; only 2-5 minutes walk to the center, cable car, train station, lagoon pool, ice rink. The apartments offer a beautiful view of the spa park.
Modern, very tasteful furnishings***. Ideal for families and guests arriving by train. Apartment E*** (70sqm 2 bedrooms) for 5 people (sleeping chair in the living room);

Apartment E*** is barrier-free on the ground floor. - large living-dining room with TV, Hi-Fi system;
- open kitchen with dishwasher and good equipment;
- one bedroom with box-spring double bed (180x200), wardrobe
- second bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and wardrobe;
- balcony with seating group and beautiful spa park view;
- modern shower and bathtub bathroom with window;
- private parking space; (non-smoking, medium-sized dog on request possible)

The sleeping place for 5. Accommodation for one person in a comfortable rollout bed (not a folding cot) in the living area. No need to convert the couch in the evening.

Breakfast is available as an option at the neighboring "Loft-Hotel".

As a precaution in relation to party tourism, we point out that we value cultured guests and do not wish for or tolerate "excessive sociability" - such as parties, loud music, and other unrestrained celebrations - on the terrace, balcony, and also inside the house! If you enjoy yourselves in the local venues - but behave appropriately in the house and considerate of the neighbors, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively self-assess whether you are a good fit for us in this regard. Please also make sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions!

WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season holiday in the most visited resort of the German low mountain ranges. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic health resort & winter sports destination; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular among both young and old.

Summer beach swimming at Lake Diemelsee; for hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest high moor and eight peaks over 800 meters, is the top destination in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg-Hochheideturm - the highest viewpoint in northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course. One of the top mid-mountain ski resorts (see description below). Not only the après-ski is legendary, it's 'Saturday-Night-Fever' all year round. The highlight is the World Cup ski jumping!

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.

Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of €200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Thumbs up!!!

The apartment at Kurpark is centrally located yet very quiet. It is very modern and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large sunny balcony with a view of the Ettelsberg is perfect for a cozy breakfast or sunbathing. We will definitely come back!!!

Great vacation apartment!!!!!!

This apartment is simply great.
We were for the second time in this beautiful and very well-kept holiday apartment. The equipment is almost perfect and "overly complete." From sidewalk, shopping buggy to weather station, everything is really available.
We can highly recommend this apartment...

Great apartments with style - where nothing is missing!

We have been to the "Apartment by the Spa Park" twice now and were very satisfied. We stayed in Apartment A + C once each. Both apartments are beautifully furnished, the equipment is almost "complete". Very clean and tastefully decorated - Apartment C is slightly more modern styled, which we personally prefer, however, Apartment A has the better balcony.

The house is highly recommended!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Super zentral gelegen aber ruhig - direkt am Kurpark, mit der Grundstücksgrenze befindet man sich im Park - alle wichtigen Einrichtungen sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wenn die Vermieter vollmundig mit "Bestlage" werben, dann ist die Bezeichnung nicht unberechtigt. Der Ort vermittelt etwas alpinen Flair mit der Seilbahn und den Bergen rundrum.

free time activities: Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht und erwartet... außer das Meer - als Alternative gibts den Diemelsee.
Im Winter hat man es als Skifahrer optimal. Zur Seilbahn sind es nicht mehr als 300-400m.

shopping facilities: Rewe und Lidl in ca. 500m; Hauptgeschäftsstraße in 200m

Everything is fine.

Hello, the apartment is highly recommended. WLAN speed is still a topic of development in some areas in Germany... also here. Otherwise, it was a pleasant vacation in this apartment. For smaller purchases, everything can be reached in a short time (bakery, supermarket, clothing...). The prices in the gastronomy are somewhat exaggerated and need to be well planned for a 5-person family (average earners). You can also choose the self-catering option in the apartment. Girls' weekend

Despite Corona times, we had a super nice weekend. The arrival and moving into this flat was totally uncomplicated and we were all pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location and cosy flat. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen equipment offered everything we needed. The large dining table was also nice, where we spent a lot of time together. The bright rooms, the large daylight bathroom and the comfortable beds, even the sleeping chair in the living room, made the stay perfect. Short distances to the centre of the village, but also in the direction of the cable car, naturally came in handy. We will certainly come back again.
