In the mid-1990s, the manor house was extensively renovated and at the beginning of 2012, two large, bright holiday apartments were set up in both halves of the house.

A note regarding our prices: Since the online calculator cannot technically display our price gradations, you will find an overview of all graduated and last-minute prices further down in the price information section. We will, of course, adjust your offer manually when you make an inquiry. The apartments: Arrive and feel at home, find peace and relax: The approx. 100 m² holiday apartments are located on the ground floor of the house and are furnished for 4 to max. 6 people (four adults and two small children). Both apartments are accessible via separate entrances and are equipped with Wi-Fi and a modern smart TV. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

FeWo I: You enter holiday apartment I through a large entrance area with guest WC. The 109 m² apartment has a separate master bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two single beds, and a living room with a view over the distant town. The kitchen is very large and can be described as an eat-in kitchen. The kitchenette, in addition to a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, also has a washing machine. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a bathtub and shower. FeWo II: The 99 m² large holiday apartment II offers a beautiful spacious living room with fireplace and a view of the distant village, the horse paddock, and the Jagdhüttenberg, a master bedroom with double bed, a children's room with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher as well as a dining area.

Location and surroundings of object

From Jülchendorf, extensive bike tours can be undertaken on new bike paths and roads. Signposted cycling routes pass directly by the house.

The central location of Jülchendorf in Mecklenburg between the cities of Schwerin (25 km), Wismar (35 km), and Güstrow (35 km) offers opportunities for varied city excursions. The Baltic Sea beach on the island of Poel is a 45-minute drive away.

Jülchendorf is a very small village, with only about 100 inhabitants. It has always been known for its very good air, good water, and tranquility. It is located on the edge of the largest forest area in Mecklenburg in a unique terminal moraine landscape.

In the immediate vicinity, many small lakes and the Warnow invite you to swim, fish, and go canoeing.
