Description

The Jülchendorf manor house is located outside the village on a small hill. It is about 200 years old, a half-timbered building with a large beaver-tail roof and a flight of steps. It has been owned by the Holdt family since 1939

After the Second World War, the house also gave a home to many resettlers. They all helped on the farm. In the village, people were soon amazed at the peaceful coexistence of the house's inhabitants and at some point spoke of "Munterbach Castle".

In the mid-nineties, the manor house was extensively renovated and at the beginning of 2012, two large, bright holiday flats were set up in both halves of the house.

The flats: Arrive and feel good, find peace and relax: The approx. 100 m² holiday flats are located on the ground floor of the house and are furnished for 4 to max. 6 persons (four adults and two small children). Both flats can be reached through separate entrances and are equipped with W-LAN and a modern smart TV. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Flat I: You enter flat I via a large entrance area with guest WC. The 109 m² flat has a separate master bedroom with double bed, a children's room with two single beds and a living room with a view over the distant village. The kitchen is very large and can be described as a kitchen-living room. In addition to a cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher, the kitchenette also has a washing machine. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a bathtub and shower.

FeWo II: The 99 m² holiday flat II offers a beautiful large living room with a wood-burning stove and a view of the distant village, the horse paddock and the hunting lodge mountain, a master bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a dining area. In the flat's small utility room there is a washing machine and a freezer, perhaps for possible fishing successes?

Location and surroundings of object

Of Jülchendorf on new bike paths and roads can be made long bike rides. Signposted cycle routes pass right by the house. The central location of Jülchendorf in between the cities of Mecklenburg Schwerin (25 km), Wismar (35 km) and Güstrow offers (35 km) opportunities for diverse city trips. The Baltic Sea beach of the island of Poel is 45 minutes away.
