Description
Our Wellness Huus has 4 bedrooms for 6 people with sauna and two new shower bathrooms. Beautiful south-facing garden enclosed by a hedge, so you are undisturbed.
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, separate icebox, Senseo coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen scales, blender, egg boiler and shutters. The table offers enough space for 6 people with a view of the garden.
Living room: 46 inch LCD TV offers cinema feeling with DVD player and stereo system, DVD selection for the whole family if the weather is not so cooperative. A comfortable couch invites you to chill out. The living room has roller blinds
Bathroom with sauna and shower: The entrance to the sauna is in the bathroom downstairs. It also contains a basin, shower, hairdryer, small waste bin and toilet
Bedroom "Pop Art": Single bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, and shutters.
Bedroom "Chill Out": A double bed, two bedside cabinets, a spacious wardrobe and clock radio.
Hallway: Wardrobe, shoe rack, key board and mirror
Storage room: Iron, ironing board, clothes pegs and hoover as well as cleaning utensils and shelves for your groceries.

Bedroom "Deichblick": A double bed with integrated night tables, an LCD TV, an alarm clock, a wardrobe as well as books
Bedroom "Sunrise": A single bed, a bedside table, LCD TV, stereo, small library, reading corner with rocking chair, an LCD TV and a wardrobe.
Shower room: Shower with glass shower door and Welless shower, washbasin, small waste bin, hairdryer and WC
Sauna: Sauna room with stereo and 2 person sauna with light directly in the house
Garden: The garden is overgrown and enclosed with a hedge and offers sun from morning to evening. The garden table with 6 chairs invites to sun - breakfast, beach chair, 2 sunbeds, 1 south terrace at the house. Lawn for sunbathing, outdoor lighting, wooden partition to the street, so that you can relax in peace.
Lockable outside space for bicycles and 2 parking spaces directly at the house. You will also find a clothes horse and a trolley in the outdoor area.
Children: High chair, travel cot, toilet seat, night light, children's crockery and cutlery, books in various age groups and children's DVDs
Safety: Smoke detector in all rooms, CO² detector in the living room and night light for children

Location and surroundings of object
The Wellness Huus is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has two parking spaces directly in front of the house. The garden faces south and is unobstructed by the hedge for beautiful, relaxed hours in the sun. The house has an outside room for your bicycles which can be locked. A small footpath takes your children directly to the playground, which is a 2-minute walk away, and a football pitch. You can reach the bakery in two minutes on foot. The Edeka market and the second bakery are four to five minutes away. The first coffee shop is just around the corner. Other restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot. Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, a bakery and an Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments in the Sauna Oasis and a play paradise for children in the Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße. Sturmfrei also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

The house offers two bedrooms on the ground floor. A single bedroom with a bed and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with sauna and ground-level shower 110 by 80 cm with rain shower head and music system on the ground floor. In the attic are a single bedroom with a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom in the attic with bathroom on suite has a double bed and another TV. The 46 inch flat screen TV provides a real cinema feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Tolles Ferienhaus
I can only recommend this holiday home. We have been coming to Wellness Huus for years and we are always satisfied. It is very well maintained and offers some advantages over other holiday homes in Neßmersiel. The contact is friendly and uncomplicated. The on-site support is great. There is nothing to complain about.

Always beautiful...
We have been guests at the Wellness Huus several times and have always enjoyed it very much, from the handling to the on-site support, all wishes are fulfilled. We always look forward to the sauna and the peace in Neßmersiel.

Beautiful well-maintained holiday home highly recommended
Very well-maintained, well-equipped vacation home. Very nice management, clean house, and good contact with the landlord. Requests were accommodated and many things are available for free in the house. Can be recommended without reservation.
