Beautiful small vacation home
The small holiday home is equipped with everything one needs at home. It was clean and tidy. The park is nicely laid out, but more for vacationers with smaller children. The supermarket is well stocked, but incredibly expensive!!!! Very poor labeling of baked goods and prices!!! Furthermore, we missed a bit more gastronomy in the park.

This holiday home was unfortunately more than dirty. There were hairs in the fridge, the toilet was dirty, as well as the dishes, cutlery, stove, and grill. The tables, chairs, and doors were sticky. The beds were covered in dirt and black hairs. It was really disgusting, and we bought cleaning supplies to clean it up. Even the terrace was uncomfortable as there was a lot of weeds growing there. One also could not take advantage of the offerings of Aquadelta Park, as other guests (the house belongs to Park de Kreek) only get access, for example, to the swimming pool after the summer holidays, even though it is explicitly advertised. The only positive aspect was the location. The holiday park is nicely laid out with lots of greenery, and you can easily take a walk in the park. Additionally, you are just a few minutes away from the marina and the beach (although the beach is quite small). However, larger cities or beaches are also easily accessible by car.

Cozy house
We spent our vacation in the holiday park and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated, clean, and beautifully nestled in the green.
There are shops, restaurants, and gaming possibilities in the park.
There are beaches nearby and you can comfortably drive to the open sea.
We will gladly come back!

cosy holiday with lots of variety
I have been going to the Hartmann family's cosy little house for a long time.
First with my partner, later with my family and most recently a girlfriend holiday.
With my partner, it was nice to end the day in the evening by the fireplace with wine after various excursions in the area. There is a cute little old town of Bruinisse with nice restaurants within walking distance.
We often went to the beach in Renesse with the family. The kids (3, 5 and 8 years old) also had a great time in the swimming pool and indoor playground on the premises. Animation every evening by KoosKonijn ;-)
I hardly ever left the house with my friends and we enjoyed our holiday time together playing board games and sitting by the fireplace.
All in all, clean, cosy and beautifully situated. You can buy small things in the supermarket on the premises and the bulk purchase easily Bruinisse or the nearby Aldi.

A relaxing quiet vacation
We had a great vacation. Zeeland is beautiful.
The holiday home is small but fine. Very nicely and practically furnished.
For our kids, the vacation was also perfect.

Holiday May / June 2016
We had booked the house Fazantendreef 32 from 14.05. - 28.05.2016. After our return, the property was no longer visible on the holiday platforms and has only now been re-listed, so we can only now raise our points of criticism there - hoping that they have since been rectified.
The house, in our opinion, was in an extremely unclean condition. To name just a few points:
• All rooms and inventory made an unclean impression, no matter what was touched
• Dirt and chaotic mess in the hallway closet on the left: dirty, unwashed cleaning/floor towels and brooms, dirty kitchen appliances like toaster, microwave, etc.
• Black hair on the bed covers
• Greasy, unwashed dishes (pots, pans) in the kitchen cabinets, shelves smeared
• Clearly expired food in the kitchen
• The floor was vacuumed at best "in the middle"
• Grill grate covered with a layer of fat
To mention a positive point: the only really clean room was the bathroom and the cabinet with porcelain dishes. During our vacation, the owners were present, to whom we pointed out the deficiencies. As a small compensation, we were paid €50, although that was not our intention, we just wanted to give positive feedback. Some of the above-mentioned points were addressed in our presence right away. We can only hope that the deficiencies have been completely eliminated in the meantime. If this is the case, we can wholeheartedly recommend the house. The house otherwise has an ideal location in a quiet environment. The nearest beach is within walking distance in about 20 minutes, although not particularly large. A really nice, large sandy beach can be found in Renesse (about 30km, but very lively) and Ouddorp (about 35km), which we liked much better. Recommended is the kibbeling at the harbor in Bruinisse.
