The holiday flat is located in a charming area between the North Sea beach of Harlesiel and the centre of Carolinensiel at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Krabbenpadd No. 4 in a holiday recreation area. The holiday flat is located in a holiday home with three other holiday flats, which are separated by a hallway. The holiday home is divided in such a way that no other holiday home is connected wall to wall or above with our holiday home. Each flat has its own terrace with lawn. In the holiday home, which is furnished with attention to detail, the sun-flooded rooms, the lawn framed by a hedge and the covered south-west terrace, you can enjoy your holiday and feel at home right from the start

The holiday flat is the ideal starting point to explore Carolinensiel with its sights, tourist offers, maritime excursions by foot or bicycle
The spa house " Cliner Quelle" with all health treatments, sauna area, swimming areas, wellness and beauty area, shopping facilities, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Wadden Sea / North Sea and the beach are within easy walking distance.

| The rental prices apply to bookings of 7 days or more per night for two adults (incl. max. two children up to 18 years). For each additional person over 18 years, we charge an additional 7.50 euros per day. ( max. occupancy: four persons) The rental price includes: bed linen provided once, energy costs, use of the dishwasher, washing machine. The town of Wittmund charges a visitor's tax for the Carolinensiel - Harlesiel area. The spa tax is paid on site by the tenant when the key is handed over. Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation, we will of course try to find other guests for your canceled period. If we are successful in this or you provide a replacement yourself, no costs will be incurred. Should no other replacement be found, you are obliged to pay 90% of the agreed rental price if the contractual services are not used.

Sehr saubere Wohnung
We are very satisfied with this accommodation. Great amenities and very clean. The landlords are on site and very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is located in a holiday resort. The town and the beach are easily reachable by foot. The swimming pool with a cute sauna area is also within easy walking distance.
I am very impressed with this accommodation and the location. Can only recommend it.

Well-maintained holiday home with beautiful views.
We have been to Carolinensiel before and came across this holiday home by chance. The house is very nicely located. Super beautiful view. Quiet location. Another major plus is having a contact person on site. I can only recommend this clean and well-equipped holiday home. We will spend our next holiday in this holiday home again.
