Our holiday apartment Panorama is located at 1,400m above sea level in the middle of the Gurktal Alps.
The ground-level apartment offers 75m² of space for two adults and max. 2 children – making it ideal for couples, small families, and of course for holidays with your furry friends.

Walking paths start right at the front door
And plenty of opportunities for extended walks up to challenging hikes
Summer on the Flattnitz:
Put on your hiking boots and go – here, nature begins right at your doorstep
Hiking, discovering the mountain world with its mountain lakes, enjoying the peace, or simply sitting on the terrace and letting your gaze wander
For the furry friends, there’s a lovely stream within walking distance or the Flattnitzersee for a refreshing dip in between.
Especially on hot summer days, temperatures climb to a max. of 27°C
Winter at 1,400m
When there’s snow, Flattnitz becomes truly cozy
Winter walks, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ski touring – you can fully enjoy all of this up here
A small ski area (700m drag lift) or the next larger one – Kreischberg (35min by car) invite you to ski with excellent slope conditions and ski courses.
Some toboggan runs can be discovered on your own.
Prices
Prices are per night for the entire apartment
Additionally, EUR 85,-- will be charged for final cleaning and EUR 4.50/adult/night local tax
Your furry friend is charged at EUR 7,--/night
The following services are included in the prices:

A laundry package (bed covers, sheets, hand and bath towels) can be optionally booked for EUR 18,--/person

Our holiday apartment Panorama is located on the Flattnitz in Carinthia, at around 1,400m above sea level, in the middle of the Gurktal Alps.
Anyone looking for peace, nature, and fresh mountain air is in exactly the right place here.
Flattnitz is not a crowded holiday resort with lots of hustle and bustle, but a small, original mountain area on the border between Carinthia and Styria. You won’t find shopping facilities, ATMs, or stores here – for that, you need a car and about 15 minutes’ drive in either direction.
Hiking and walking trails start right at the doorstep. You can leave your car and set off directly from the apartment. The hiking possibilities are almost unlimited! In summer, from July to September, there is grazing livestock here – but for your four-legged friends, there are some trails that are free from them.
In winter, there are ski courses on site (15 minutes on foot to the drag lift) or at the nearby Kreischberg. Skis can be rented on site.
The beautiful cross-country ski trail is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
There is one restaurant on site (reachable on foot in 15 minutes) – as well as, of course, numerous others in the surrounding area (15 to 30 minutes by car).
Our apartment is for everyone who prefers to see mountains rather than houses in the morning, likes to start hiking right at the doorstep, and wants to enjoy a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle.
