Description
Our large holiday apartment with a very beautiful view is located directly under the ski lift in the mountains at 1550 m above sea level.
Hiking starts right at the front door all year round.
You can park several cars in front of the door.
The house has 2 units: 1) Ground and attic floors (max. 12 people)
2) Basement with sauna (max. 6/8 people)
Altogether, 20 people will find plenty of space. It is nice to stay with family or friends as each family had its own area with the 4 bathrooms.

The ski lift runs from mid-December until mid-March. Until May 1st, skiing is possible at Turracher Höhe, which you can reach in just 20 minutes by car. The ski lift costs about €50. You quickly spend €1000 to €3000 per week on ski lift costs. Without saving on quality. The slopes are evaluated every year again with the Carinthian Slope and Trail Quality Seal. Next to the slopes you have excellent gastronomic establishments, where you can always enjoy yourself until the bill arrives. Everything is pleasantly cozy on the Hochrindl. You are warmly welcome to experience it!

| When you only want to spend New Year's Eve or Christmas in our house, we have to calculate the weekly prices, since the days between are difficult to rent. Electricity dayprice / kwh / Towels are one per person, if you want more please ask. |
Cancellation terms:
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself, as it is not possible to insure against lockdowns. We make an exception for this (we have refunded 100% so far, but we cannot always bear everything ourselves): If it is not possible to travel due to government measures, we will refund 75%.

Prime location!
The house is somewhat dated and could use a little renovation in some places. The location and the value for money make up for everything.
Those who can overlook the deficiencies will have a good time here. Directly at the drag lift.
We had a great time with our group of 20 and were really lucky with the weather.

Excellent location and facilities
We rented the whole villa from Meindert and were not disappointed. The location is very special, only a few minutes walk to the slopes, hiking trails and several guesthouses. The villa itself is fantastically equipped with sauna, fireplace and 4 beautiful flats, 2 of which also have a terrace
The landlord, Meindert, is a special person, very nice and helpful, he explained everything to us and also accommodated us with some things
We will definitely come here again and recommend the villa warmly

Rust en schoonheid

Together with my dear wife I have 4 children. I come beautiful from my childhood years in the mountains, because my father had a chalet in Switzerland. The coziness on the Hochrindl was once so well liked that we are very happy that we could buy this beautiful house. We wish you also much fun in our house on the Hochrindl !
