Welcome to Holiday Home Marion in Sassnitz on Rügen – your perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday on the Baltic Sea. The spacious house offers 80 m² of space for up to four guests and is also ideal for a longer stay. Relax in your own garden or spend sociable hours on the terrace with a delicious BBQ at the grill. The practical kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all essential utensils. For entertainment, there are TV, satellite TV, radio, and a CD player. Wi-Fi gives you access to the internet at any time, and a washing machine is available for your convenience. 3 bicycles are available to explore the charming surroundings of Sassnitz and Binz. Please leave the bicycles as you would wish the next guests to find them. The house is intended exclusively for non-smokers and offers ideal conditions for a carefree stay. Experience restful days in the stylishly furnished Holiday Home Marion and discover the beauty of Rügen at your own pace.
Towels and bed linen are not provided and must be brought with you.
Arrival from 3:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m.
Arrival and departure preferably on Sundays (or by arrangement).

During the high season, the house can only be rented by the week.
Outside the season, a minimum stay of 4 days is required.

Smoking in the house is not permitted. Pets on request.

The house is suitable for a wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free holiday.

Additional information about the rental price:
Final cleaning and incidental costs are included in the rental price.
Tourist tax must be paid in accordance with the statute on the collection of tourist tax of the city of Sassnitz.

Here you can enjoy the special tranquility of Rügen’s coastal landscape while being close to the most beautiful beaches, sights, and excursion destinations on the island.
Baltic Sea at your doorstep – Discover Rügen

Neu Mukran is located directly on the charming Prorer Wiek. The natural surroundings with pine forests, coastal landscape, and the expansive Schmale Heide invite you to take walks, hikes, and bike tours.

The nearby Baltic Sea beach stretches from Mukran and Prora all the way to the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Whether it’s a long walk on the beach, a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea, or simply a quiet spot to unwind – here everyone will find their own favorite place by the sea.

A special natural experience is the flint fields of the Schmale Heide. The impressive flint walls, formed over thousands of years, are among Rügen’s most extraordinary landscapes and are wonderful to explore on foot or by bike.

The location of our holiday home makes it especially easy to discover the diversity of Rügen.

Sassnitz, with its historic harbor, long pier, and impressive coastal landscape, is just a few kilometers away. From here, the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs and the Königsstuhl is also quickly accessible.

To the south, the elegant Baltic Sea resort of Binz beckons with its fine beach, pier, beach promenade, and beautiful spa architecture.

Also quickly reachable are Prora with its kilometer-long sandy beach and the Naturerbe Zentrum Rügen with treetop path and observation tower.
