The living and dining room, as well as the kitchen, form a large, open, and inviting space, offering all comforts and a high standard of finish. There is a laundry room with a washing machine. All windows and doors are equipped with high-quality insect screens. The doors feature aluminum louvers for sun protection. Each room provides access to the terrace and the pool. In the garden, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also an outdoor barbecue area.

Wi-Fi is free of charge, and each room has a flat-screen satellite TV.

The pool is heated by a solar system. In bad weather, it is possible that the water will not heat up. Although the pool's solar heating system is regularly maintained, technical problems can occur, which may prevent the pool from heating up. There is no guarantee that the pool will be heated.
