Dream holiday apartment with dream view for two adults

Living area approx. 78 m², terrace approx. 35 m²

Cul-de-sac location, parking space in the carport directly at the house

Living room/dining area: Many windows for magnificent views of the activity on and around the canal, large flat screen, sofa, display cabinets, storage space

Bathroom: Walk-in shower (1.20 x 1.20 m), hairdryer, washing machine, dryer

Bedroom: Raised bed with two mattresses (0.90 m x 2.0 m), wardrobes, drawers, and dressers

Separate room with a daybed for a nap in between or as a retreat for reading

Additional equipment:

Air conditioning, beach chair, WiFi, Alexa, iron, ironing board, pleated blinds, external shutters, parking space in the carport, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen dish towels

For guests of the apartment **Paradies**, there is optionally (if available) the possibility to additionally book the **Kapitäns Suite** with 45 m². This is located on the upper floor and has its own balcony. Here, 2 more people will find their cozy holiday home.

This way, you can spend your vacation with your friends/family with us and have breakfast together.
