Description

On the ground floor of the very well-maintained and cozy A-frame house you will find the hallway, the high-quality equipped kitchen, as well as the spacious living/dining room.

Satellite TV, DSL capable.

The rooms are tiled, the ceilings paneled with white paneling.

In the fitted kitchen you will find a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Various cupboards offer ample storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The windows are equipped with electric shutters.

From the living room you step onto the large south-facing terrace and further into the garden.

A spiral staircase leads you from the living room to the open gallery on the upper floor of the house.

There you will find the master bedroom with balcony and another room as well as a spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and large shower. The building is located on a side street, outside the holiday area, in Otterndorf.

It is about 1.5 km to the town center.

In Otterndorf you will find various shopping opportunities. Cafés and restaurants invite you to relax.

Doctors' offices, pharmacies, and a hospital provide medical care.

It is about 17 km to Cuxhaven. The access to the A27 motorway is about 14 km away. The beach is easily accessible:

by car in approx. 10 minutes
