This villa is truly special! Villa Sogno di Mare is a charming villa for your vacation, situated in a commanding position, surrounded by the scents of a Mediterranean park, with spectacular views of the golden beaches of Chia, just 1400 meters from the most beautiful beaches in Chia!

The garden offers magnificent panoramic views, parking, and a covered veranda overlooking the sea, where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset over the ocean.

On the ground floor, there is a spectacular veranda overlooking the garden, and on the first floor, you will find a terrace-solarium with breathtaking views, furnished with sun loungers.

The villa is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the living area is divided into three sections, featuring two sofas in front of two fireplaces, and the kitchen, which connects to the dining area with a small window—very convenient for passing dishes directly to the table.
... The kitchen, built of brick and wood, is decorated with typical Cerasarda tiles in turquoise hues!

On the ground floor, the bathroom with its large stone shower is also entirely in shades of turquoise and blue! Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Chia Tower!

In the morning? You wake up to breathtaking views and the sounds of nature! While enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea, you hear and see horses trotting... right past your house.
