Featuring a spectacular veranda overlooking the most beautiful sea view of Chia! The lagoon with flamingos, beaches, dunes, the sea, the green of the golf course, and the surrounding nature.

It is surrounded by a garden with soft lawns that borders the heart-shaped swimming pool!

The interior design follows the theme of nature's colors as a guiding principle, reflected in the choice of materials such as wood and stone, as well as the contrasts between the browns of the vegetation and the bright white of the Mediterranean houses. The reference to traditional Sardinian craftsmanship is ever-present, even if interpreted in a contemporary way.

The house is divided into two levels by an external ramp to create two separate areas (e.g., a guest area). Both levels have direct access from the street, eliminating the need for internal stairs. Each level has its own direct entrance.

The western level, on the garden and pool level, consists of three double bedrooms (which can also be arranged as twin beds), two bathrooms, and a large eat-in kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.

The eastern level comprises a large living room with a basement area for aperitifs and snacks, a fireplace, and a large central daybed.

The house has its own parking space and a laundry room. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Baby equipment, a crib, and a highchair are available upon request.

On this level, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a playroom with two sofa beds, also with a bathroom and a large shower.
