The villa occupies a strategic and commanding position close to amenities.

Framed by a stone facade and bougainvillea vines, the veranda and large windows, shaded by Sardinian curtains, open onto the tower's bay, offering spectacular views.

White walls, stone or ceramic cladding, and furniture in shades of gray, sand, blue, and turquoise... The spacious and bright living area is furnished in an elegant contemporary style, featuring a large sofa, carefully selected objects, seashells, vases, and lamps, and design decorations that share a common thread: the colors of nature and the sea.

All three bedrooms offer sea views and are designed with meticulous attention to detail for maximum comfort, making guests feel at home in the magical setting of Chia.

The kitchen, furnished with custom-designed furniture crafted by local artisans, is a small and functional space connected to the living room and overlooking a comfortable and airy courtyard. This courtyard includes a convenient washroom and an outdoor dining area near the barbecue.

The garden surrounding the house connects to the rear courtyard, which features an outdoor shower.

A large private garage/storage unit under the house is available for guests, along with the basement.

The house is a semi-detached house and is located above the ground floor on the first level, which can be reached via a 120 cm wide main staircase with 17 steps and a service staircase with 15 steps (90 cm wide) at the rear entrance.
