The 104 sq m (1040 sq ft) apartment, flooded with natural light, is located on the upper floor of a three-family house. All rooms are accessible from the hallway:

Living room: Spacious living room with a sofa and beanbag chairs, a reading chair, foosball table, smart TV, and an unobstructed view of the paddocks surrounding the house.

Dining area: The dining area, part of the living room, features a beautiful glass table, a mini-bar and coffee bar, and a display cabinet for glasses and dishes.

Kitchen: The kitchen offers everything needed for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel region. It includes a dishwasher, toaster, oven, all necessary cooking utensils, and a basic supply of oil, spices, salt, and pepper.

Bathroom: The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. Guests are also welcome to use the provided washing machine, including detergent tablets, free of charge.

Bedrooms (2 in total): Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with attention to detail. One of the bedrooms also has a desk that can be used for working or studying.
