Casa Carolina is a renovated stone house in Istrian style for up to 10 people with a total area of 200 m². It consists of two separate living units and is therefore the ideal choice for two families. Both units are located on the first floor and extend over two levels. In the lower area of each unit there is a living room with kitchen, dining table and sitting area as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: a double room with balcony and magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the pool, as well as a triple room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor of the house, an air-conditioned tavern (38 m²) is available for social gatherings, with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large table for 10 people, satellite TV, and a separate toilet. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones and friends, our Casa Carolina is the perfect choice.

Youth groups are not permitted.

Casa Carolina is located in Dračevac, 8 km from Poreč, the beach, and various sports and leisure facilities. The nearest restaurant and shop can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Numerous cycling and hiking trails in the area invite you to explore. The house is located on a fully fenced 500 m² plot with a well-kept lawn. Guests have access to a 35 m² pool, sun loungers, a grill, and a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table – ideal for sociable hours outdoors. Directly in front of the house there are two covered and two additional uncovered parking spaces.

If the TENANT cancels or withdraws the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund. For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (If this falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day applies). In case of no arrival or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total reservation amount.
