This beautiful villa Natura with pool is located in the village Šušnjići, about 11 km from Poreč and its beaches. Restaurant and grocery store are about 4km in place Zbandaj. Villa Natura is situated on its own 3000sqm plot and offers its guests an outdoor pool(24sqm), a partially covered terrace with seating set, covered summer kitchen with dining table and barbecue fireplace and private parking for several cars. A children's playground with slide and swing as well as table tennis are also available. This lovingly furnished villa for 6-8 people has 170 sqm of living space distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, three bedrooms with French beds (one with exit to the terrace), two showers/WC and a separate WC. From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful, large, green garden, where you can relax on a sun lounger. On the second floor (with separate entrance ) there is an air-conditioned living room with pool table and covered terrace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The terrace on the upper floor offers a spectacular view of the Istrian countryside. Youth groups are not allowed.
