Holiday home Julian is located 4 km from Rovinj, on a large plot of m2. The beautiful sea view is breathtaking.
Guests can enjoy, in complete privacy, a beautiful garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool, a small gym, a children's playground and a covered tent. In the garden you can see olive trees, various flowers, grapes and apple trees.
The ground floor terrace with outdoor fireplace and outdoor table is also covered in a pleasant shade surrounded by greenery.
The house consists of ground floor and 1st floor (1st floor is locked and not used by anyone).
2 bedrooms and living room can accommodate 6 people. They have 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The living room has air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
Up to 4 cars can be parked in a private parking lot. The entire property has a WiFi connection.
