Villa Stokovci is located in Svetvinčenat, around 19 km from Pula and a 30-minute drive from Rovinj. The nearest beach is Peroj beach, approximately 17.8 km away.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, and two of the bedrooms can include an additional bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

The outdoor area includes a garden of about 2000 m² with a private pool of 36 m², an outdoor jacuzzi for six people, and a barbecue area with a dining table. Guests can also use the mini golf area and a sports playground suitable for volleyball, basketball, and football. For children, there is a small playground with a swing and a slide.

The interior is arranged over three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. The basement features an indoor game room with table tennis, billiards, darts, and a small gym.

On the ground floor, there is a living area with a PlayStation 4, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, and one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The first floor includes three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower, while the third has a bathtub. This bedroom also has access to a balcony with a seating area and a view of the surrounding nature.

There are four private parking spaces available at the property.
