Villa Belsole is a modern holiday home, built in 2020 on the site of an old Istrian stone house with a cistern. A piece of the past has been preserved in the part of the original cistern where there is a small wine cellar. The house is located in Dračevac, 8 km from Poreč and its beaches as well as various sports and leisure facilities. The nearest restaurant and shop are only 10 minutes away by car. The house is located on a fully fenced, 700 m² plot with well-kept lawn and olive grove.
Outside, guests have access to a 32 m² saltwater infinity pool, a covered summer kitchen with gas grill, dining table with chairs, and a spacious sun terrace with elegant canopy sun loungers. For those who enjoy being active outdoors, there is also table tennis, darts, and a children's playground on the lawn. In the courtyard of the house there are also two parking spaces.
Villa Belsole extends over two air-conditioned floors with a total area of 200 m² and offers space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with fireplace and access to the pool and outdoor area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace with a cistern, sun loungers, and a magnificent panoramic view, which is connected to the pool by a staircase.
Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a peaceful holiday, only 15 minutes by car from the beach.
