This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached property near Poreč and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is furnished in traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Zita has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. Two bedrooms have a third bed for two additional guests. A cot and highchair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include towels and linens. In front of the villa is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a terrace with garden furniture, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
